“ProWorkflow is my favorite project management tool

Pros

What sets this project management software apart is its exceptional organization of tasks within a project. While I can see the overall project purpose and client requests the organization of subtasks is truly remarkable. As someone who has experience as both a project manager and a digital marketing manager, I thoroughly enjoy using ProWorkFlow.

Cons

So far I have no complaints except for a minor issue with the time calendar. Occasionally when inputting all my time for the day at once and sliding the calendar up and down. its easy to accidentally add or remove time from a task.

Pros

The interface is user friendly allowing for fast learning. It enables me to manage every aspect of my company effortlessly. I have complete control over customization, including custom tasks and project templates. The software also offers user management and contact management features. Editing and modifying projects is easy, and it facilitates seamless organization of timelines and workflows with my team. The admin panel provides centralized access to everything, and the support is outstanding!

Cons

The interface could use some visual improvements (they are actively working on it). Not all apps are currently functioning and there is no dedicated iOS or Android app (although there is a section for touch screen editing). Additionally, it would be beneficial to create a customer without requiring a company and to enhance the notification system.

The ease of use is fantastic and the software provides valuable insights into the profitability of my projects.

Cons

It would be more helpful if recurring agency projects could be duplicated as it currently requires setting them up from scratch each time.

Pros

One aspect I love about this software is the ability to work on an unlimited number of projects. This feature perfectly aligns with the needs of my business.

Cons

This software initially appeared promising. However during the trial period I discovered that it does not offer sufficient storage. The package I used only provided 25GB which is insufficient for a photo and video rich digital magazine.
