“Intuitive solution for Project Managers and Team Members.
Pros
All the staff members love how well-designed and how simple it is to use. Users may choose from a variety of workflows, such as entering Time Spent because there is so much freedom. What I enjoy best is how quick and simple it is to switch between the various screens. Also, I like that at any moment, a PWF account representative is accessible for fast inquiries and training. All of this is in addition to the softwares total cost is a total win!

“Easy and efficient .
Pros
Among the myriad of project management platforms this one is by far the easiest to use. The user interface (UI) is intuitive, allowing me to navigate without requiring extensive training. I can effortlessly track multiple projects simultaneously, follow up on progress and assign tasks as needed.
Cons
Theres limited automation, and some repetitive tasks should be automated. Integration with third-party software is not seamless, and being a stand alone product is a disadvantage for ProWorkflow.

Pros
What I like most about this software is its task management, organization and collaboration features. Additionally we were able to seamlessly integrate the tool with Salesforce which has been highly beneficial.
Cons

Pros
Proworkflow is simple to use and the customer service is exceptional. It enables us to efficiently manage client engagements and individual tasks while serving as an excellent tool for recording and billing time.
Cons
I believe the only way to record expected hours worked for part time and casual staff is to mark the days they don't work as "out of office" or "vacation" This makes it challenging to manage projects against available staff time in the future.

Pros
I have been a subscriber since 2011 and over the years ProWorkFlow has introduced numerous new functions. One feature I love is the ability to add custom fields which has proven to be very helpful. The quote and invoice module, along with the seamless Xero integration, are crucial for our operations. I cannot imagine running my company without PWF.
Cons
Possible improvements can be: - direct email import to projects - a slightly more advanced Fixed Cost Items list editor - thumbnails for the images

“Easily the best workflow tool for the design industry
Pros
I have been using ProWorkFlow for many years and find it incredibly easy to use. The time saving features for invoicing and quoting management are invaluable. It's a perfect fit for my industry, whether I am a solo entrepreneur or part of a large agency.
Cons
It does lack some flexibility in the layout and I did love to see a mobile application. The mobile version isn't that great.

I really like the ease of functionality provided by this software. Being able to toggle between my work and my users is convenient and the ability to categorize projects and tasks is helpful. The archive function is amazing and user friendly. Communication between customers and my staff is smooth and customers can respond directly via email without the need to remember additional login credentials. The available reporting options for staff time reporting and monthly project updates are also highly valued.
Cons
The app could use some improvement. Personally I do not use it much and my clients tend to avoid it as well. Navigating to specific projects is a bit challenging and the interface differs significantly from the website, making it difficult to guide clients to the right place.

Pros
Having all communication, relevant files and contacts in one place is fantastic. The software was easy to learn and customization is very easy.
Cons
Tracking correspondence back to find a specific response is difficult. In the last update the color scheme was changed to a much lighter palette. I find it hard to identify section starts without the shaded areas as reference points. I wish there were quick links to jump between sections instead of scrolling through tasks, quotes, description, contacts etc Especially on large projects with extensive correspondence.

Pros
Although learning the software was initially challenging once I grasped the basics, ProWorkflow significantly improved our work process. My team now consistently meets deadlines thanks to task prioritization and easy access to documents and team messages. It serves as a centralized portal for providing direction, uploading content and addressing queries within the department.
Cons
As mentioned earlier ProWorkflow initially appears overly detailed and was overwhelming to learn. However a significant part of this was transitioning from the overly simplistic and limited software we had been using for years.

Sometimes it changes unexpectedly due to something happening in the background. It would be great if time changes (like daylight saving) could happen automatically.

ProWorkFlow keeps me organized and enables me to track project progress and time spent on each project.
Cons
I do not have any particular dislikes. The software offers so much functionality that I do not fully utilize. It would be helpful to have more tutorials to better understand its workings.

Cons
Linking projects is not easy and searching for similar titles does not provide visibility into other projects with the same name. It would be highly beneficial to have a tab or client profile page where I can access all the projects related to that client.

Pros
The user interface is fantastic as it is featuring a clean and intuitive design. Navigating the software is also very simple resulting in a short learning curve for all users. In the past we struggled with low adoption rates when deploying other work/project management software, which were complex and required significant time to learn. However, with PWF, the features are intuitively placed, allowing basic users to be effective after just a few minutes of hands on exploration. Our adoption rate significantly improved after deploying PWF.
Cons
Compared to larger competitors the feature set may be slightly less robust. However depending on individual needs, it can still be a suitable option. While other software may have some additional features they were less critical for us. My only complaint is that the softwares development has been inconsistent. We have been using PWF for almost five years now and only recently have we seen regular deployments of improvements. Nevertheless we initially chose PWF based on its features. So the new improvements are a bonus.

Pros
It provides a simplest way to keep track of multiple jobs I am simultaneously working on and accurately track my hours. It serves as a valuable central resource allowing me to easily retrieve information from projects I worked on years ago.
Cons
Sometimes there seem to be connectivity issues which requires me to switch to VPN to re establish a connection with the software. I am not sure if its on your end or mine.
