Pros
What I find most appealing about PWF is its user friendliness. Its incredibly easy to learn and I can train new employees on project tracking and time logging in a matter of minutes. The billing feature is another standout that allows seamless tracking and generation of billable hours.
Cons
The Summary page which is the initial landing page upon opening the website is a feature I find least appealing. It can be intimidating to see a list of 24 overdue tasks right at the start.

Pros
Our primary reason for selecting ProWorkflow was to track project estimated hours versus actual hours in a clear graphical format. PWF has exceeded our expectations. As our workload and number of projects increased PWF has helped us stay organized and work more efficiently. The customer service is outstanding, with readily available account representatives for quick questions and training. All of this is included in the software's overall cost.
Cons
Setting up profitability reports can be a bit time consuming. Also a previous feature that allowed project locations to be shown on a map is no longer available.

“Amazing Project Management Tool for Small Businesses
Pros
The software is easy to navigate and its layout and functionality for time tracking and project management (tasks/project deadlines) are excellent. The support team is always available and offers assistance, suggestions and new features.
Cons
Customizing reports in the reporting section is challenging without assistance from ProWorkflow.

The software offers projects, tasks, task templates, categories a built in Gantt chart (which customers love), customer tracking, the ability to build custom reports and multiple built-in time tracking options. It integrates smoothly with Zapier.
Cons
It integrates with QuickBooks desktop but I did not like how it transferred over hours and rates. ProWorkflow relies on hover menus to maintain a clean interface but if you are not familiar with where to click you might miss out on functionality. The color contrast is very light, which can be challenging for older eyes.

As a user working with multiple clients and concurrent projects ProWorkflow is the best system I have used so far. Its easy to use without requiring extensive training. Setting up projects and tasks, including deadlines become the simplest work. The reporting function, although a bit cumbersome is useful. The recent addition of the dashboard has significantly improved project visibility and management.
Cons
The reporting function takes a bit of time to get used to especially when segmenting reports by different clients but it has recently been improved.

Cons
Specifically for marketing/advertising agencies having a client proofing/review feature would be fantastic. along with improved asset management tailored to specific projects/clients. A more comprehensive client portal would also be highly beneficial.

In the task section the current feature is not working optimally for me. Previously there was an option to add a single task but now there are only two options: duplicate task and add task template. I would appreciate it if the feature to add a single task could be reintroduced.

Its easy to use, customize and track time and projects. The seamless integration with Xero is fantastic. I love it. I have tested many demos and this task management system stands out. It has attractive interface, accuracy and great support. I would rate it 9.8/10.
Cons
Unfortunately there is no pause button on the timer. When invoices transfer to Xero, they retain the hourly rate, preventing me from activating auto invoice reminders in Xero unless I remove the rate from each task individually (which I don't have time for). There could be improvements made to large scale project management and team communication tools.

Cons
One aspect that could be improved or enhanced is the option to create auto generated reports. This way, we could send a monthly report automatically to our clients, showcasing all the tasks/jobs completed allowing them to easily see what work was done for them over the month.

Setting up quotes and invoices takes just a few minutes and project creation and task addition can be done on the go with minimal time investment. The software provides resource scheduling impact even before completing the setup. I cannot emphasize enough how invaluable this tool has been in streamlining operations without overwhelming us.
Cons
If you require a more advanced system for proposals and invoices ProWorkFlow may not meet your needs. While it offers some flexibility to customize quotes and send invoices directly to QuickBooks/Xero, it falls short in providing multi page templates for terms and conditions percentage invoicing, or progress billing. These aspects may need to be handled manually.

Its organized and sleek user interface, visual task prioritization, task status and time tracking are impressive. The interface surpasses most other software I have tried. it offers cost efficiency for smaller teams compared to other alternatives, with many similar features. Although tutorials are available the majority of features are easy to grasp.
Cons
There are a few bugs and issues that need to be addressed.but the development team seems actively engaged in resolving them.
