This program is the simplest and most comprehensive system we have utilized to manage ministry of health funding requests with Enable NZ. The ability to attach and follow the flow of reports and information is fantastic.
Cons
It is frustrating that when EMS advisors finish with a client it removes the client from the system for me. I often rely on the information for managing patients equipment or housing alterations and it disappears suddenly.

Pros
It has good scheduling capabilities for both factory and office staff. The reporting functionality is impressive, and the cost is reasonable.
Cons
Theres no option for users to create customized reports. When importing reports to Excel there are issues with dates and hour figures that need to be adjusted before presenting meaningful information.

The level of customization is unmatched. I can tailor it exactly to my needs, leveraging my creative and visual thinking while staying organized. It has revolutionized how I onboard clients, manage projects and more. Now I come across as a highly organized CEO.
Cons
I really wish there was more automation. I tried dubsado for this but its a really subpar product in comparison. It streamlines processes and I adore the templates they offer but when it comes to project management, theres no comparison.

Our company frequently handles multiple projects some of which are complex with up to 100 tasks while others are simpler with 3 to 10 tasks. Although the projects are similar, we have developed templates that enable us to quickly establish customized projects. This saves us a significant amount of time and keeps us on track.
Cons
As long time users, we have reached a point where there are no significant issues to mention.

Pros
Tracking time and creating invoices is quick and efficient even for low value projects. I can even do it directly from the app on my phone.
Cons
Due to its powerful nature and extensive features it can be overwhelming to navigate and adapt to ones specific needs. However the customer service is unparalleled, and they are always available to assist.

We have relied on Proworkflow for around 10 years utilizing it extensively for time tracking, resource scheduling, budget management, and cost tracking. As a marketing agency with a team of 13 all our users depend on PWF for daily management of billable tasks. The reporting features are robust and highly customizable. The interface continues to improve, and regular upgrades enhance usability and functionality.
Cons
We have come across other software options on the market that offer more features which would enhance our client collaboration.

“A solid platform for the money
Pros
After evaluating multiple platforms I decided to go with chose ProWorkFlow. With over five years of experience it has proven reliable enough for me to continue using it. The software covers the basics and also allows for customization. The search function for archived projects is the standout feature, and the support team is excellent.
Cons
ProWorkFlow has been slow in implementing new features which has left it feeling somewhat outdated compared to more progressive platforms. The two main drawbacks are that entering time sheets can be challenging for employees due to the overwhelming options and difficulty in finding specific projects and tasks. Additionally exporting schedules in a client friendly format with selective task visibility and proper formatting is not currently possible. it cause us to recreate schedules in Excel for each project.

While I don't have any employees I collaborate with freelancers on specific projects. This software simplifies collaboration. Ensuring everyone is aware of the projects status and completes tasks promptly. Even when I work alone ProWorkFlow is my go to for project management, offering efficient planning and tracking capabilities.
Cons
I used to utilize the quote and billing module but they did not meet my needs. so I decided to cancel them. It would be fantastic if ProWorkFlow offered a module not only for billing but also for accounts receivable. I would eagerly sign up for that.

Cons

The customer service has been responsive and exceptionally helpful. ProWorkflow serves as the administrative backbone of my business, offering a comprehensive overview of project progress, time spent, completed tasks and outstanding ones. I can attach documents, add project specific notes and information and easily access archived projects for future reference. If you're looking for an effortless way to manage projects and workflow, this software is the perfect solution.
Cons
The inability for contractors to track time within the software is a major drawback. It forces me to purchase full account access for each contractor even if they only use the software infrequently. This has always been my primary complaint. I suggest adding time tracking to the contractor designation and charging half the employee rate.
