Pros

I really appreciate how this tool automatically handles data from multiple sources like Excel and Google Sheets, it saves me tons of time. The customer support team has been excellent too, always responding to my questions quickly and there's a wealth of learning materials available online that make getting up to speed much easier.

Cons

Sharing with bigger teams can be pretty inconvenient and complex to manage.

Pros

The customer service is wonderful and I appreciate how the formula syntax is much simpler to work with. Being able to customize the UI/UX for different user types is really helpful too.

Cons

Setting up connections between tables can get confusing at times and leaves you scratching your head.

Quickbase in Healthcare Industry

Pros

Quickbase delivers a broad range of features, including project management, task management and app design and development, all in one place.

Cons

Pros

The sales team is fantastic, particularly a team member assisted us throughout the process.

Cons

We were in the beginning told that we could add our partners to the platform, only to later find out that sublicensing is not permitted. When we tried to cancel the subscription due to this issue, the team focused more on collecting the remaining portion of the annual fee rather than addressing our concerns about unused program hours or unmet performance expectations.

Solid but clunky

Pros

Time tracking is amazingly easy for me. I love being able to break it down by day, week, month and so on.

Cons

I find it clunky to use. I wish it had a feature to attach multiple files at once. As a graphic designer, its time consuming to attach so many individual files for review.

Buyers beware

Pros

I was impressed by the initial ease of use and setup. Whenever I needed help, the support team was always there to assist in any way.

Cons

Every year, there is a price increase. In the start they offer very low pricing to get you integrated into their system. After years of using QuickBase, they then increase the pricing anywhere from 275% to 1,600%.

Stay away from QuickBase

Pros

I find it easy to navigate and self-explanatory.

Cons

I find that development costs and the availability of developers are issues. QuickBase locks me into a long-term contract at a high price and their customer service is poor. Once I sign the contract, reaching my account representative becomes nearly impossible. They have my money and I feel held hostage by them.

With some improvements Quickbase might be the new Real Deal!

Pros

I really like the flexibility it offers as it allows me to tailor it to suit specific business needs. Also it allows collaboration and data sharing among teams, improves workflow efficiency and provides real-time data analysis and reporting.

Cons

Editing due dates felt like Mission Impossible! I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why it was so laggy. I contacted the support center but they didn't provide a fix at all.

Automation saves time with Quickbase

Pros

The ability to automate tasks in Quickbase saves me a lot of time. Additionally, it includes useful conditional features like notifications, subscriptions and reminders for users. Various reports and infographics make it easy for me to report data.

Cons

Although I think Quickbase's features are excellent, I have noticed that when a table contains a lot of data, it can take a while to load everything.

It is a fantastic resource for tracking my daily tasks and the progress of open tickets. I use this drill-down tool at least five times an hour to assess the next steps and plan accordingly.

Cons

Many times, when I have reported an issue, I have not heard back from the support team after the initial interaction or the ticket has been closed abruptly. Right now, the problem is that users can access data in a hidden tab.
