Cons
Support response times are frustratingly slow. We're talking weeks sometimes and even when you finally hear back, the help isn't always useful. Even reps in my time zone take days to get back to me.

Pros
The possibilities are endless and browsing through everything feels easy. Reports look really polished and professional. This feels like a premium option compared to other low-code platforms I've tried. Support team has been helpful and they usually resolve my issues quickly though sometimes I figure things out before they even respond.
Cons
The pricing really locks out small businesses and startups who could actually benefit a lot from this platform. When clients ask me about low-code/no-code solutions, I don't even bring this up anymore because there are plenty of other options that might not be as polished but are way more affordable for companies just getting started.

I find Quickbase to be a very powerful and feature-rich app development platform. It provides robust features like app development, workflow automation, third-party API integration, permissions and access control, data governance, visualizations and charts, among others.
Cons
For the customer-facing end, I find that enterprises have to rely on programmers and there is a noticeable learning curve involved.

I find this platform excellent for visualizing and sharing data with proper access controls. It works great as a data repository and handles large datasets really well. The process automation features have cut down on errors and wait times significantly which has boosted customer satisfaction. Overall it's been an amazng tool that I'd definitely recommend to others.
Cons
The lack of automatic backup is concerning. If someone accidentally deletes a profile, all that data is gone forever. We couldn't find any recovery options during our testing which makes me nervous about potential data loss.

I really value how this platform handles project management. The reporting features and Gantt charts make tracking progress so much easier. The pipeline integration works smoothly and connecting with different third-party channels has organized our workflow. Plus the new AI features are a nice bonus that I'm starting to explore.
Cons
The main problem I've run into is that there's no way to handle variable-based updates for S3 secret keys and Snowflake passwords when you have password rotation policies in place. This makes managing credentials pretty frustrating. I've also been working with the Snowflake pipeline channel lately and noticed there's no delete action available which would really be helpful to have.
