Highly Recommend for Unique Business Operations

Pros

The pivotal feature of developing customer-facing portals and internal platforms in-house has been transformative for us. Quickbase allows us to utilize our business knowledge for internal development, a game-changer for practicality and expense reduction in software development.

Cons

Improvements could include better duplicate identification, easier selection in grid edit beyond 1000 records, and increased reliability on user groups for apps added to their 'My Apps' page.

Pros

QuickBase empowers actual app users to design and create applications tailored to their needs, enabling swift deployment and continuous evolution to meet new requirements.

Cons

Quickbase is constantly evolving like other platforms. Improvement in its native report generation capability is essential, including more chart types and widgets for dynamic dashboards.

Quickbase bait & switch

Pros

Absolutely nothing. It gives off a 1990 MySpace vibe, requiring manual building akin to the days when we tinkered with our MySpace pages. If you appreciate that, then it's cool.

Cons

QuickBase evokes memories of 1990s websites, reminiscent of a time when coding knowledge or hiring someone with coding skills was essential. Opting for Monday might have been a more favorable decision.

Easier to use than salesforce

Pros

The ease of tracking calls for the day, monitoring call numbers, and noting leads is commendable. Compared to Salesforce, Quickbase simplifies lead creation and tracking.

Cons

The only improvement I'd like is a reminder to mark a call as completed before moving on from a lead.

Pros

Quickbase's user-friendly interface, rapid production, diverse features, and integrations ease data management. The support and development teams, along with continuous feature updates, contribute to its excellence.

Cons

Quickbase, as a low-code platform, has limitations in features without native support. The UI's appearance is dated, but recent and planned updates are expected to address this.

NOT FOR SMALL BUSINESS

Pros

Quickbase's features are exceptional, ensuring data integrity throughout creation and implementation. User Roles add a layer of security, and the variety of tools cater to almost any data point.

Cons

The main drawback is the company's pricing changes, putting us in a difficult position. Quickbase's plan adjustments and lack of cooperation led us to switch to another vendor.

Quickbase helps keep my projects on track and on budget

Pros

While my team primarily utilizes Quickbase as a ticketing solution, it has streamlined our tracking of requests and tickets across various departments. The platform ensures efficient task management and prevents items from falling through the cracks.

Cons

Quickbase, while feature-rich, doesn't have the most visually appealing software. The UI/UX simplicity might be off-putting for new users.

Pros

Efficient management of an extensive order database, an embedded quoting system, and the capability to track customer base fluctuations. Multiple seats can seamlessly interact within the same system.

Cons
