easy to upload files

Pros

Makes uploading reviewer data and files really simple. The process is smooth and doesn't require much effort on my part.

Cons

The interface can be a bit slow when you're dealing with really large design files and you'll probably need IT help to get those massive files uploaded properly.

Pros

I really appreciate how we can gradually build out our tech infrastructure and eventually consolidate everything under one platform, replacing multiple systems we currently use.

Cons

I need access to working QBL examples and formulas that I can actually use for my own setup. The response time from support is pretty slow and the team I'm working with doesn't really help lighten my workload much.

Pros

Getting email alerts whenever there are subscription changes has been really helpful for staying on top of things.

no coding background required

Pros

Building the basics was surprisingly simple, even though I don't have much coding background.

Cons

The reporting features have gotten better over the years but there's still room for improvement. I'd really like to be able to give reports custom names before downloading them and it's frustrating that they always default to plain CSV files without any formatting.

Pros

The interface is really tidy even though I don't use it regularly and only need it for certain parts of my job, I move around without any formal training or getting lost.

Cons

I wish I knew more about how to use all its features effectively. My coworkers have been using it for years and really get the most out of it but I'm still learning the ropes.

I appreciate how simple it is to export data and how well everything is organized. The ability to create custom categories for each participant is wonderful and it's adapted perfectly to all our requirements.

Cons

Pros

I've been working with this platform for over a decade and what really stands out is how flexible and scalable it is. Whether we're handling small ongoing projects or massive enterprise rollouts, it adapts perfectly to our needs. The integration capabilities with other applications are smooth which saves us tons of time. Plus being able to whip up custom reports quickly has been a huge advantage for our workflow.

Cons

Pros

Being able to pull up slot machine data whenever I need it is nice. The customization options let us adjust everything to our specific requirements. The time and money we've saved since setting up this solution more than justifies the investment.

Cons

Wonderful addition of Fastfield mobile app

Pros

Found this platform very user-friendly when converting spreadsheets into functional apps that work anywhere which beats being stuck with Excel. The recent addition of Fastfield mobile app has really expanded what's possible, the use cases seem endless now.

Pros

Works smoothly

Pros

I love how fast I can spin up new applications and connect them through the built-in API. We've built several two-way data flows that automatically push and pull information and it works smoothly every time.

Cons

The governance features are pretty weak, basically anyone can build apps without checking if they align with our MDM strategy or if there already competing data sources out there.

Helped us through the pandemic

Pros
