Limitless customization

Pros

Easy to use and the endless customization options really make my work more efficient. The interface is well organized and there are so many features that help organize everything I need to do.

Cons

The pipeline setup is frustrating since you can't use real-time or "today" options directly. I have to create workarounds every time. The newer Quickbase formula rules don't work on mobile either which is really annoying when I'm trying to work on the go.

Flexible solution

Pros

I really appreciate how flexible this is, we can customize it for our whole organization and each person can set up their own dashboard. As someone who uses it daily, I find the interface pretty simple.

Cons

Getting familiar with this took some time since our engineering team configured it as a reporting database which made the initial learning curve steeper.

Pros

Tracking jobs and keeping current on project status has been crucial for our operations and this handles that perfectly.

Cons

The main downside is getting the app programmed for our specific needs. Nobody here really has deep knowledge about this stuff though we usually manage to figure things out eventually. Sometimes we do struggle with implementing certain features though.

Setting up databases is pretty simple even for colleagues who aren't programmers. Customer support has been really cooperative whenever I've reached out to them.

Cons

Database structure is pretty rigid once you've got everything configured making changes later can be a real headache. I also find myself hunting around for certain settings that seem buried or just aren't where you'd expect them to be.

The team actually pays attention to feedback and keeps improving things. There's plenty of support available whenever you need it and I can see the platform evolving all the time.

Cons
