All the tracking is based on actual hours, making it slightly more difficult to use the software for projects related to fixed amounts rather than per-hour accounting.

Extensive customization options for administrators, powerful reports, and useful features like SSO and email notifications enhance its utility. Competent and responsive online support ensures quick resolution of requests.

The administrator interface is somewhat confusing, with numerous tabs at different levels. It is not always clear where to obtain the needed information. Timesheet validation rules are quite limited; they cannot be copied or cloned, requiring tricky workarounds when using multiple timesheet templates.

Editing common errors, such as double-clicking when opening the computer or app, is impossible. It can be challenging to log in every time just to check an email within a short time frame without clocking in and out. I prefer the ability to keep track of time and submit hours without clocking in and out. I was able to accomplish more before having to use replicon.

Some processes are not exactly intuitive, and I have reached out to the support line for a few things that I couldn't figure out. However, they have always been very helpful.

Beneficial for tracking staff timesheets in projects, surpassing manual methods. Retrieving historical data and running reports by project and activity is also very helpful.

I just don't like that the reporting is limited. It would have been helpful to run a report returning the number of days instead of hours. Additionally, it would be great to be able to export the Payroll page directly. We can filter and search on the Payroll page, but it would be great to export what we see there instead of going to the report again.

Integration has been a challenging experience. We have been at it since November 2018, and we are still not live at the end of March 2019. It didn't work with our QB software system. The "integration" team was not knowledgeable about their own system. We constantly get conflicting direction depending on who we are talking to. They have no manuals, and their online help area is horrible and can send you in a loop with no answers. We have literally spent hundreds of hours working on a program that should have been easily integrated.
