Perfect for managing a shared work environment.
Pros

One of the things that I appreciate about Robin is its intuitive interface. It is easy to navigate, and I was able to start using it without any confusion or frustration. Additionally, it integrates seamlessly with other apps like Google Calendar, Slack, and Zoom, which has made my workday more efficient. With Robins desk booking system, I can easily reserve a spot when needed or find available desks nearby when traveling to different office locations.

Cons

Although Robins desk and room booking system is helpful, there have been times when I have encountered conflicts where someone else has booked the space I wanted at the same time. Also, the platform is generally reliable but there have been times when it has crashed or failed to sync properly with other tools I use.

Shared meeting place management
Pros

We often used to run into problems when different teams working on different projects coincidentally booked the same meeting room for their high-level meetings. The team and their respective clients have had to face inconveniences. We have been able to resolve it after using Robin. This is great at managing the rooms and lets us know about the availability and the devices that are available. Robin is especially good at managing shared meeting places in a large office like ours. We use the handy Gmail integration for quick room reservations.

Cons

While Gmail works great, integration with older email systems is still challenging to achieve. It also requires a separate room reservation from the meeting invitation, which I believe is not needed at all. And some meetings that happen every week, like the weekly review meetings, cannot be added as recurring meetings since the feature is still not ready. Failure to check in for a meeting prematurely releases the room.

The software is easy to use!
Pros

One of the biggest advantages of Robin is its ease of use. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for even non-technical people to navigate. Another pro is the flexibility that Robin offers in terms of scheduling options. Whether I need to schedule a one-on-one meeting or a large group event, Robin has multiple options to fit my needs. And if I need to reschedule or cancel an event, its easy to do so without any hassle.

Cons

One downside of Robin is its limited support for video conferencing. While it does integrate with Zoom and other platforms, it doesnt offer built-in video conferencing capabilities like some other tools on the market. Robin does offer integrations with many popular tools but there are still some gaps in terms of compatibility with certain platforms that I use regularly.

Room creation and management at its best!
Pros

Robin has been great and helped us solve a lot of the most complicated tasks. We have been able to make data-driven judgments while extending current spaces or constructing new ones. It has simplified managing conferences and collecting data that allows us to make informed decisions about how many rooms would be needed and which size to best serve the purpose. The key use case for Robin in our business was conference room check-in. The manner of this product update is what I enjoy best about it. Whenever we run the software, it immediately updates to the most recent version.

Cons

There are only a few minor issues associated with Robin, otherwise, it is a perfect solution for our company. While our team uses the kiosk application, I believe the design is less professional than that of others. It also does not scale as well as comparable software on the market. I believe this is a relatively new product and probably less popular than products offered by other companies. Otherwise, it works great, and Ive noticed improvements in the most recent release.

Amazing reservation features!
Pros

I have used Robin to oversee the complete project of moving all our employees back to the office building (after a year-long hiatus from office work). It is mindblowing how well it handles everything; I even made hotel bookings for our traveling employees, which provided them further ease. Whatever else is there is just a cherry on top for me. Like the simple sign-in processes and ease of use provided by Office 365.It helps that Robin can be accessed via anything with Office 365, which eliminates the need for any of our employees to have a dedicated system to have meetings on.

Cons

If it helped me display more information so that I could have a visual idea of where we stand, that would be amazing. Maybe add a better calendar tool to help me arrange free time in my colleagues schedules. And an option to automate the scheduling of the next available room and the timing of employees would be great. I would also like to see an option to extend a meeting invite to someone outside the Office 365 environment via web-based scheduling.

Superb choice for conference management
Pros

We use Robin mainly for conference room management, and it has amazed us so far. It is a very capable office planner. Any issues are fixed immediately, and we often don’t even feel that there’s been a feature update (because it’s the least intrusive). They do let us know when an update is scheduled, which is what I really appreciate about them. We dont have to deal with that with our MDM software. Whenever any of us starts the software up, it is updated to the most recent version automatically.

Cons

While the kiosk application is very useful and we totally rely on the system, I personally feel that the UI of the app is not very polished. I feel that it is not ready to be scaled. at least not as well as other software on the market. This, I think, is due to the fact that Robin is fairly new and still in its development phase. They keep improving, and I have noticed noticeable differences in other features recently. I have high hopes that the kiosk app will be improved in due time.

Highly effective software application to streamline and manage resources
Pros

Since we have expanded our team, we have been trying to implement software applications that would streamline our processes as they become more complex. A friend of mine within the same industry recommended using Robin, and I have not regretted the decision. It has assisted us in performing better by making redundant tasks such as scheduling meetings much easier. We no longer have to deal with resolving conflicts. What makes it even better is that it is easy and fun to use, so everybody on the team can benefit from it.

Cons

Robin software has been a great addition to our workflows. And I want to get more benefits out of the software by accessing more features. However, these add-ons are quite expensive at the moment. I would prefer that there be more bundle options so that we could access additional features without investing too much money. Aside from that, I would like to see more integrations with other applications in the software. Since the software is still kind of new on the market, I am confident it will keep improving.

The best solution for meeting management.
Pros

We used spreadsheets for all of our meeting plans. When we decided to scale the company, we felt that a software solution was needed. Robin is one of the most complete solutions, especially when it comes to desk booking and space management tools. Their technical team helped us get rid of our previous spreadsheets and migrate all our seating plans. This feature was most useful when we had to plan a return to on-site work methods post-COVID. It is also great that Robin is so well known, which makes all of our problems easily solvable just by posting a question on the community forums.

Cons

If there’s something, I’d say that Robin can be a little slow at times. We have faced difficulties when managing a hotel booking, for example. It still has a lot of room to improve the new features theyre introducing. They simply arent as strong in these new features as their competitors. The software team is mostly available and is open to our suggestions. We are growing constantly, and I’d like to keep using Robin as our only office manager.
