“Great API and reports

Pros

I love that I can link it to other systems using their API to set up projects and the sheer volume of data available for reports is great. Submitting my hours is also a very simple process.

Cons

I'd prefer to build more personalized views right inside the platform instead of always having to download reports to Excel but I'm a huge fan of the product in general.

Pros

The platform's simple time logging and project budget tools make it easy to watch jobs and resources as they happen. The layout is clean and welcoming and it works perfectly with other services like Slack and QuickBooks. The reports are also clear and can be tailored which is a big help for sending bills to customers and for our own internal checks.

Cons

Sometimes there are small holdups when syncing with other programs which can be a bit disruptive. Also the phone app is missing a few functions that the full desktop site has making it less ideal when you're away from your desk.

I'm a huge fan. They provide self-paced training materials letting you learn when it's convenient for you. This is crucial nowadays as many professionals are already swamped and this option makes it simpler to fit training into a busy day.

You can either type in the hours you worked or use a built-in stopwatch. You can view assigned projects, your responsibilities and the estimated time for a job. It provides in-depth summaries of logged time that you can download in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats.

Cons

I haven't had any problems but a connection to platforms like DevOps would be useful. It could pull in tasks and their estimates to help with project planning or even automatically start its timer when a task status changes.

Pros

This has made turning in our weekly timesheets much simpler for my team and me. I really appreciate the option to duplicate my entries from the last week. It's simple to find your way around and comprehend, and it fits perfectly with our projects and daily work. The layout is clear and built with the user in mind. We had a problem a while ago and the help desk was effective and resolved it quickly so we could continue with our day.

No problems while using it. It's a major upgrade from the program we used before.

This software is absolutely fantastic. Also its affordability is remarkable. The contemporary design and seamless integration with Quickbooks make it an ideal choice for small consulting firms like mine.

As per our needs, I can't find any faults with this software. However, if I were to create a wish list, I did love to see an online app and more opportunities for branding.

The price-to-feature ratio of this product is mind-blowing when compared to its competitors. The essential features for me are project expense and time tracking, burn rate management, monthly budgets, project budgets, roles budgets and task budgets. In short all needed features are covered in this product.

Cons

While resource planning and new budget features are not currently available, they are expected to be released in late July. The timing works for us but I wish they had project management capabilities like SmartSheets or MS Project, or at least integrations with those tools. Additionally, I hope they publish the open API, which is planned for later in the year.

I majorly use it for time tracking on a daily basis and does a fantastic job in this department.

As per my usage and needs, the software works well. I don't have any cons to mention. But I have a suggestion as I think the user-friendly interface could be improved slightly.

I did encounter a bit of a learning curve, especially when training others on the product. However, after a few days everyone became familiar with the methods.
