The ease of use is remarkable and the support staff is also very corporative and friendly!

Cons

The Canada postal codes, regions and travel matrix urgently require updates. Unfortunately, exporting IRU and Technician zip/postal codes, expanding all sections, exporting Technician skills and exporting the Technician/Selections are not possible. Additionally, applying a Global Skill can take anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes, and exporting all Global Skills is not supported.

It works best when implemented from the beginning or when prepared to restructure the business data in advance.

Pros

I find SP Gantt very versatile as it seamlessly integrates with any current network setup. It is also easy to operate, offering a fantastic flow and an overall enjoyable experience.

Cons

There are few issues I would like to highlight. SPManager has a complex or confusing interface. Also it demands older java versions, and causes compatibility issues with other applications on our network. The setup process for resources requires a complete overhaul, but once it's established, it remains stable without any disruptions.
