The ease of use is remarkable and the support staff is also very corporative and friendly!
Cons
The Canada postal codes, regions and travel matrix urgently require updates. Unfortunately, exporting IRU and Technician zip/postal codes, expanding all sections, exporting Technician skills and exporting the Technician/Selections are not possible. Additionally, applying a Global Skill can take anywhere from 2 to 4 minutes, and exporting all Global Skills is not supported.
