“overall good experience”
Pros
Working in it makes project setup and day-to-day management much more simple. It's very useful for tracking progress and collaborating with team members in real time without delays. One feature that really adds value is the critical path highlighting since it helps spot potential issues early and gives you a chance to address them before they become bigger problems. Because it's an online tool, clients and team members can access it from anywhere at any time which makes coordination much more flexible.
Cons
The downside is that the Gantt chart view doesn't offer many options for customizing task dependencies. Resource availability features also fall short when it comes to handling part-time allocations accurately.

“a great tool”
Pros
Keeping information accessible for collaborators has been really helpful. Another thing I appreciate is being able to upload documents to each line item which makes referencing files much more convenient.
Cons
One con is that we can enter work and forget to save it which can lead to lost time and the need to go back and double-check everything.

“good one”
Pros
Something that worked really well for me was how flexible it is when it comes to handling projects and tasks. The spreadsheet-style layout feels familiar and simple to use and the collaboration tools make it a strong option for team-based work.
Cons
Mobile app still feels like it could use more functionality and the pricing can become expensive especially for smaller teams.

“easy remote access”
Pros
Comes with a broad selection of templates that fit all kinds of business needs. It has helped me stay more organized, keep up with important deadlines and remain accountable for tasks that require follow-up. Another big advantage is that I can keep working even when I'm not connected to the private Wi-Fi some systems require. With Smartsheet, I'm able to get to the information I need without depending on my EHR. It also gives me the freedom to work remotely, whether I'm at a coffee shop or sitting outside with my PC.
Cons
Getting it set up in a way that really takes advantage of everything it can do is not simple and I know I'm still not using it to its full capacity. I'd rather have clearer written explanations than so many YouTube videos showing how to use each template. A built-in guide that explains how to make the most of integrations would be much more useful than having to rely on outside resources. The short videos may point out features but they usually don't do enough to show how to integrate them effectively. Also, the conference pricing is extremely high. Several coworkers who thought about going decided against it because the registration cost alone was too much, even before adding flights and hotel expenses. Since I attend conferences regularly, I see this one as too expensive unless it offers something like college credit or certification especially for people who are not backed by a company.

“smart software”
Pros
The updated version has been a big win for me. It makes cross-functional work much easier, lets me collaborate with people across different teams and the level-based permissions are especially useful for controlling who can access specific sheets. That setup has been a huge help for my business needs.
Cons
At times, the filtering doesn't work the way it should and fails to properly separate the data I want from what I don't. I've also run into cases where applying those same filters ends up disrupting the entire data set.

Pros
Right away, the platform's well-structured graphical interface makes work more productive because tasks, timelines and dependencies are presented in a clear organized way. The layout is simple to follow and can also be customized which makes it flexible enough to fit different project requirements and individual preferences.
Cons
Even though it supports a range of integrations, getting them configured can be a bit complicated at times and may require extra setup. Compared with some other platforms, the integration process may not feel quite as easy for everyone.
