Pros
Keeping track of individual tasks is not an issue anymore. Easy to use and more professional version of regular spreadsheet apps.
Cons
Automatic emails based on task updates should be available as an option to send.

“Smart software for your needs
Pros
I have been able to automate my workflow and be able to set reminders on when key clients need to approve vendor forms. All my data is organized in a grid thanks to Smartsheet.
Cons
Forms are very handy and readable when I send it to the vendors. However, I could not find a way to re-send that same form somewhere else once it was submitted.

“Great resource for small businesses!
Pros
QuickBase has allowed me to consolidate several manual tasks and activities. The time saved is remarkable! I can track employee hours access itemized sales reports and manage vendors and orders all in one place. The fact that it's cloud-based enables me to access it from anywhere.
Cons
Integrating with other programs was not as seamless as expected. Thankfully I can always rely on customer support for assistance.

“An almost perfect tool for SMBs
Pros
The transition from Excel to QuickBase is seamless. Importing and creating databases is highly intuitive. Despite lacking extensive programming background (aside from my engineering graduation classes) I was able to set up the necessary programs and reports for my company.
Cons
The absence of support for specific characters in Portuguese/French/Spanish languages poses challenges for utilizing email synchronization tools (e.g. Gmail) and sending emails through the QuickBase tool. This limitation hinders the tool's usability in countries where English is not the sole language. While I don't expect QuickBase to provide a full translation making the tool accessible to non-English-speaking countries would allow for its complete utilization. Due to this hindrance my overall rating cannot be 100%.

With its low-code/no-code interface QuickBase serves as a SaaS product with comprehensive data integration capabilities through a well-built API. It boasts excellent support an active online community and a wide range of fantastic third-party consultants and add-on vendors.
Cons
Customizing the UI is limited without using custom code. It is not possible to create alternate keys or foreign keys that are not based on primary key values.

Developing on QuickBase is incredibly straightforward. Even individuals with basic business software instincts can start building in QuickBase immediately or choose an application from the exchange to begin with. Beyond the basics QuickBase truly shines with its robust platform offering exceptional functionality including beautiful reporting dynamic filtering formula fields form logic and integration capabilities. There's always something new to learn in QuickBase. Usability on the other hand depends on the specific app being used or built. It can range from clunky to sleek but a new UI called Mercury is being rolled out and looks great.
Cons
QuickBase lacks extensive customer support relying heavily on its user community developers and approved QuickBase Solutions Providers (QSPs) for assistance with application building. However if you prefer to work independently finding help can be challenging. Despite being an experienced QuickBase user it took me three years to discover that I had an account manager.

Excellent user interface and user experience (UI/UX) - Highly flexible interface - Scalable - Comprehensive API support for integration with virtually any other application - Enables multi-user applications with complex workflows to match business processes - Being a mature product means that there's an extensive knowledge base with QuickBase experts available in the community forums - The community support is fantastic and their customer support is prompt and efficient.
Cons
Formatting reports in QuickBase is not a straightforward process. To send reports to clients or within the company resorting to third-party tools becomes necessary due to the lack of built-in functionality. I hope QuickBase addresses this aspect and improves its reporting capabilities in future releases.

I absolutely love the product itself but what sets QuickBase apart is its outstanding customer service. It's the best support I have ever encountered. The customer service team demonstrates excellent perspective providing fast responses and possessing in-depth knowledge of their product. They truly know QuickBase inside out. It's a pleasure to work with them and they have been immensely helpful in building my apps.
Cons
Despite my positive reviews of their customer service the actual customer support portal is lacking. There is also a limited amount of training available for QuickBase. I had to learn everything independently either by reading the manual bombarding customer support with numerous questions or utilizing the community page. Classroom-style training would have been highly appreciated.

The ability to "relate" records within QuickBase allows for tracking information in various ways. Whether it's based on customers staff products or any other needs QuickBase provides versatile tracking options.
Cons
With the out-of-the-box application it is not straightforward to dig deep into the data. Having simpler ways to parse the readily available data to meet specific needs would be more beneficial since the default functionality does not fully support it.

The native Gantt chart provided is quite limited. It would be preferable to have a more comprehensive scheduling interface.
