“Great Business Tool!!

Pros

QuickBase is easy to use and requires minimal training. It provides quick access to the desired information in just a few clicks.

Cons

I genuinely cannot think of anything I dislike about QuickBase.

QuickBase is a highly user-friendly application. I have used it for two different process applications within my company. It doesn't demand advanced software skills as it is straightforward and uncomplicated.

I suggest improving the notification system by allowing multiple email IDs for reminders and including a sent box for tracking purposes.

Additionally the abundance of helpful resources and support ensures that users have all the necessary tools to succeed.

So far I can confidently say that there is nothing about QuickBase that I find displeasing.

QuickBase is scalable user-friendly easily adaptable and enjoyable to use. The sales and support teams are responsive and offer valuable insights aiming for customer success.

We have no issues with the vendor. Occasionally the product has some quirky formatting but that's about it.

Pros

The ability to customize applications to a high degree is a standout feature of QuickBase. Starting with templates provides a great learning experience for understanding the backend design of applications.

The mobile device access could benefit from some improvements.

Honestly there is nothing else that comes to mind.

QuickBase combined with its exceptional team has the potential to be a transformative tool for businesses. While the user interface could benefit from some improvements the product itself offers excellent features. However the success of implementing QuickBase depends on the client's willingness to embrace the transformation it offers. The support team is highly responsive and the QuickBase community is a valuable resource for guidance and insights.

Cons

These are two separate issues. QuickBase lacks proper document management or content management functionality. As for the vendor they have a fantastic product great people and a strong vision. However they don't seem to provide much guidance in terms of designing deploying and iterating a custom instance of QuickBase for organizations.

Pros

QuickBase offers a wide range of features to love including customizable databases email notifications forms rules and formulas. By enabling in-house tool development QuickBase has helped save our department money that would have otherwise been spent on additional vendors. Its versatility allows for various applications such as lead retrieval customer segmentation CRM and marketing campaign management. Additionally QuickBase consistently releases new features ensuring that users have access to the latest advancements in the platform.

Cons

One aspect we appreciate is that anyone can create an application in QuickBase. However this can lead to many abandoned applications. With proper planning and rules in place this can be easily addressed. While we find QuickBase useful for project management we have found other collaboration tools that allow us to perform certain tasks more efficiently such as leaving comments checking off completed tasks and managing file versions. These are all possible in QuickBase but we encountered issues with the admin team responsible for updates. Utilizing a different tool alongside QuickBase proved to be the solution that worked for us.

While the seamless integration of data between QuickBase and other applications may not be perfect they are continuously improving in that aspect.

Certain categories and searches take longer to find in QuickBase. Exploring alternative methods or considering upgrades and system changes might be necessary. We might not be aware of all the available options.

QuickBase's ease of use coupled with its reputable ownership makes it a favorable choice.

If we hadn't been early users we wouldn't be able to afford using QuickBase in the way we currently do. The cost limits the number of users we can have. It would be great if there was a way to add unlimited viewers with permission to create their own meaningful charts and reports.
