“Easy to use Automation Platform
Pros
QuickBase is a wonderful platform for building small to medium-sized projects and automation. It meets base requirements for automation at a low cost while offering ease of use configurability customization and flexibility. Its reliability integration capabilities and multi-domain potential are highlights.
Cons
QuickBase needs improvement in terms of performance especially when dealing with tables that contain more than 3000 records. It's crucial for them to develop a multi-select dropdown a more flexible and adjustable UI and support for a wider range of colors schemes and themes.

“QuickBase transformed our way of doing business!
Pros
QuickBase and its community provide extensive knowledge resources that are easily accessible and presented in user-friendly language.
Cons
While it may seem trivial having more control over the user interface would be beneficial. For instance being able to customize the "getting started" feature for our end users.

“Quickbase is the viable way to escape your menagerie of spreadsheets
Pros
QuickBase enables the creation of flexible relational databases that are easy to teach others and rewarding for those who master it.
Cons
Although QuickBase is making progress with future releases our customers frequently request more cosmetic options for Reports & Graphs such as the ability to hide sub-totals/totals control over column shading and more customization when drilling down from reports.

“QuickBase is a great way to get lots of people get lots of things done
Pros
QuickBase is highly flexible with simple tools to get started. Intuit provides training to solve basic problems and offers great online support and a helpful community. It is fast reliable and offers secure options.
Cons
The pricing can be a bit steep if you only use the toolset to address a single issue. However we have found that having seven different systems integrated with each other has made the cost more reasonable. It's not always possible to achieve the desired visual appearance.

“Rapidly scale your business processes with QuickBase
Pros
Intuit QuickBase allows even non-technical users to transform complex business processes into simple apps or databases effortlessly without requiring any coding. Its intuitive interface enhances user adoption resembling a web application rather than a DIY database. For those with a technical background QuickBase offers code pages for further customization of functions and the interface. The new Sync feature facilitates seamless data movement between various clouds (e.g. Salesforce QuickBooks) and within QuickBase apps.
Cons
The mobile site could provide a more consistent user experience.

“High Potential Platform
Pros
QuickBase's standout feature is its bulk import functionality which outshines other products. The ease of use particularly the copy-paste excel feature provides remarkable flexibility to end users and clients. Another impressive capability is the ability to build complex algorithms and reports using JQuery and JavaScript seamlessly integrating with the platform's pre-built components.
Cons
QuickBase needs better automated performance management across sites. Multi-lingual support is highly necessary and a multi-select dropdown is a must-have. The licensing cost compared to other vendors is high.

“QuickBase: The Leader in the Citizen Developer Movement
Pros
Among application building platforms QuickBase is unrivaled in user-friendliness. It empowers non-IT users to independently create and deploy solutions making it suitable for organizations of any size. Real-time changes or sandbox environments ensure a smooth development process. QuickBase also offers a dynamic connector that simplifies the connection to external web-based databases like Salesforce further expanding its capabilities.
Cons
One of the current limitations is the difficulty in supporting Eastern characters. However QuickBase seems committed to listening to user feedback and regularly enhancing their product roadmap.

“Quickbase is a great program!!!
Pros
QuickBase simplifies the process of creating database applications eliminating the need for extensive backend coding. The platform takes care of the challenging aspects of database setup leaving users with prebuilt templates that can be easily customized to suit their specific requirements.
Cons
No telephone support available. Insufficient affordable training resources. I have limited knowledge about the full potential of QuickBase. The claim of doing "everything" is too broad.

“A agile development platform that can be adapted quickly to changes.
Pros
Think of QuickBase as a simplified version of Microsoft Access infused with the power of web technologies like JavaScript and jQuery. It combines the ease of use of a familiar database tool with the capabilities of modern web development.
Cons
The alignment is left-justified resulting in large white spaces and limited native scripting support which is a downside.

“Quickbase: Easy to Learn Rewarding to Master
Pros
QuickBase offers a straightforward setup process while providing extensive depth for those willing to invest time in learning the platform. With its low-code approach it caters particularly well to individuals experienced in Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
Cons
QuickBase is addressing this issue but the front-end interface often receives feedback for appearing too plain. Additionally the summary aggregation reports require improvements and executives seeking specific visual aesthetics would benefit from enhanced functionality. I hope the attention given to the visually appealing graphs and charting options will extend to Summary Reports in the near future.
