“perfect for remote teams”

Pros

Project collaboration features keep our remote team aligned on complex event schedules in real time so everyone stays up to date and knows exactly what their individual responsibilities are.

Cons

There's definitely a steep learning curve which can be frustrating for new hires during onboarding and the mobile app tends to freeze when we try to update complex sheets.

“all-in-one platform”

Pros

Being able to attach files and add comments right on a specific row or task keeps everything tied together in one place which makes collaboration much more organized. The no-code automation builder is also a big plus since you can set up workflows through a visual drag-and-drop interface without needing anything technical.

Cons

Compared with tools like Monday.com or ClickUp, this one doesn't really provide a strong free option for small teams anymore. Once the trial ends, it's basically a pay-to-play platform.

Pros

Project collaboration and task organization are handled really well here. It works nicely for managing tasks and keeping track of progress across the team.

Cons

Getting started wasn't very adaptive for me and it took a while to fully understand how everything works. I've also run into some bugs and issues when working with more complex sheets.

Spreadsheet-style setup feels familiar right away but it also gives you more powerful project management features than a basic spreadsheet.

It can be a bit less adaptive for team members who aren't very comfortable using structured planning tools.

The platform is highly capable, with strong automation and reporting tools. It works well across everything from smaller projects to large enterprise-wide initiatives.

Updated licensing model has taken away a lot of the product's value. It used to be possible to give access to as many external collaborators as needed to keep everyone aligned but that changed over the past year. Now the choice is basically to pay for additional seats or live with reduced functionality. Support has also become AI-first and accuracy-second. When submitting a ticket, you're pushed to use AI to generate it. That might sound useful but in practice you either waste time trying to get the AI to produce something accurate or you take what it gives you and manually add the missing details yourself which is usually faster. Getting technical support by phone is also frustrating. After sitting on hold for an hour, I chose the callback option and 24 hours later I still had not received a call. Since we are paying for premium support, that level of response definitely does not feel premium. The Pro Desk appointments are helpful once you get one but they are often scheduled two or more weeks out during US business hours. I really do not want to be awake at 3 a.m. just to get a 30-minute session with someone from Pro Desk.

Pros

Switching to this software has been a big upgrade for how we manage projects as a team. We used to rely on Excel and Word to keep track of everything and now we don't use either of them at all because it has taken over that role across our company.

Cons

Interface isn't especially attractive at first glance and it feels very Excel-like rather than flashy. That said, it didn't take long for us to adjust to the look and get comfortable using it.

It gives complex workflows a clear structure and much better visibility, while still being flexible enough to handle day-to-day adjustments without getting in the way.

Cons

Some of the more advanced automation features take quite a while to set up and they are not always very user-friendly.

Flexibility it gives for managing projects and working together as a team especially with real-time updates and comments is just perfect. It helps us keep tasks organized across the team and assign them whenever needed.

Cons

Text formatting and moving around it for task management can take extra time when someone isn't familiar with the platform yet.

This platform is incredibly capable when it comes to handling complex project tracking especially for teams that are already used to working in spreadsheets.

Cons

The interface feels less adaptive and not as visually appealing as newer tools. There's definitely a learning curve particularly for people who aren't comfortable using spreadsheets.

Works really well for listing, documentation, project collaboration and task management and it's also very convenient to use alongside Microsoft 365.

Cons

It also includes a long list of useful functions such as autosave, conditional formatting, pivot tables, filtering sorting, freezing panes, alignment, remove duplicates, find and replace, consolidation and plenty more.

“easy company-wide sharing”

Pros

Sharing data across the company especially pictures and videos, has been really convenient with this software. It offers a wide range of sharing options which makes it flexible for different needs across the team.

Cons

There is definitely a learning curve and it took some time to understand how to use all of the features to their full potential. Once we got the hang of it though, it turned out to be very helpful.

“teamwork made simple”

Pros

So useful for me in a lot of ways. First, it does an excellent job of keeping tasks organized. Sheets can be arranged and viewed in several formats, such as grids, lists and tables which makes it adaptable to different needs. It also gives plenty of options through colors and calendar dates, helping everything stay clear and structured. Because of these features, it feels very user friendly and simple to navigate. You can build each sheet around your own preferences and working style. The part I appreciate most is how quickly and easyly it supports collaboration with coworkers. Whenever I need to alert a colleague and add a specific note, I can just mention their name in the comments and they get notified right away. From there, we can have the conversation directly in the sheet and the full exchange stays recorded in one place.

Cons

Right now, I'm very pleased with it. It keeps everything organized in a way that matches my preferences and style. Honestly my only feedback is to keep doing what you're doing!

Everything in this software is so clear and simple to work with. It makes collaboration very convenient because everyone on the team can immediately see updates and changes as they happen.

Cons

At times, the refresh can be a little slow although that may just be related to our internet connection rather than the software itself.

One of the biggest advantages is the flexibility. Keeping track of progress, assigning tasks and securely sharing files all work really well. The real-time updates also make team coordination feel much more connected and efficient.

Takes a bit of time to learn how to make the most of everything it offers. Since it combines spreadsheet-like logic with more advanced collaboration features, getting fully comfortable with it can take a while.

Keeping up with customer requests has become much better with this. It has also made collecting information far more organized especially because it integrates well with webforms.

Pros

Since I'm still getting used to this newer software, I'm in the learning phase but it already seems really well suited for project work. I just wish there were free beginner tutorials that cover the basics.

Cons

At times I feel a bit lost because I'm still learning a new system so the frustration is more about my own experience with the learning curve than the software itself.

Pros

Across different projects and teams, it gives me a flexible way to keep track of progress. The AI feature for adding content to dashboards is especially helpful since it lets me build out summaries quickly right when I need them.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit challenging at times although it does provide a range of support resources to help.

I actually enjoy using it because it supports collaboration so well and makes professional communication much easier.

What I like least about it is that it can sometimes be slow to load and occasionally the system is down for no clear reason.

Putting together clear project plans, tracking progress and setting milestones is one of the biggest advantages especially since sharing them with others is built in. The level of personalization is also impressive and it's really useful being able to create different plan styles depending on the purpose.

Cons

Jira integration can be a bit complicated at times although the support team has been very helpful whenever issues come up. It would also be nice to have more automation between the two systems to make the workflow more efficient.

Pros

Starting with it was quick and it connects well with most of the popular productivity tools we already use. It helps keep workflows efficient and makes collaboration between team members much better. In terms of pricing, I'd say it feels fair overall considering the collaboration features it provides.

Cons

Good one but it would be great if i was able to share content with people who don't have a license.
