“easy task tracking”

Pros

Template customization has helped me standardize a wide range of processes, from event coordination and workflows to client appointments and campaign tracking. That has made a real difference in my day-to-day work because I've been able to build effective workflows with these templates which has been fantastic. Even though it's presented as spreadsheet software, it does far more than it seems at first glance. It works well for task management and the task completion notifications are especially useful.

Cons

It really is a strong tool and I can't deny that. The downside is that performance drops when working with large databases so it can become slow and occasionally frustrating.

Whenever I need a quick form or a ready-made template without building one from scratch, it is really helpful. The range of options it offers is something I genuinely appreciate.

Cons

The downside is that the better forms are now locked behind the paid plan, whereas the free version used to include some solid form options.

Their pricing is very affordable and it makes my work much easier.

There was a bit of an adjustment period after switching from the previous tool but it works well.

Despite that, it's missing the human support needed to figure out what actually has to be corrected or fixed. You end up digging through page after page just to understand which level is required to complete the task you're working on and when real assistance is needed, it simply isn't there.

Pros

Dashboards are really useful and giving or limiting access for different stakeholders is pretty simple without creating a lot of confusion. The workflow feature is a nice addition too since it helps notify the team at key stages of a project without flooding people with updates that don't really apply to their role.

Cons

If I had to point out one downside, it would be the cost. It took quite a while to get my company on board with this solution because of the price. Even though they were impressed by the features, the pricing made it much harder for me to get their approval.

Pros

Coming from spreadsheets, this feels familiar right away but it adds a lot more with automation, dependencies and live collaboration. It comes across as powerful and efficient for getting work done.

Cons

At first, the interface looks a little plain and some important features like dashboards and workflows are locked behind a paid plan. It also isn't the most beginner-friendly option.

Pros

One of the best parts is being able to share large amounts of data with big groups through a cloud-based service so there's no need to keep saving files locally.

Best thing is the dashboard!! Because it's very simple to move through the features and find what you need. The licensing is affordable too which makes it even more appealing.

Honestly there's nothing I dislike about it. It has been performing well across our organization ever since we rolled it out.

It comes loaded with templates and small automations you can customize and at this price point, it's rare to find that kind of combination in other project management tools.

Sharing works well but the Gantt view still feels cluttered and the mobile app could load more smoothly.

Honestly there isn't much to praise. I've used a lot of different project management platforms and it really doesn't feel like a true project management tool. It comes across much more like an Excel-style spreadsheet than a platform built for managing projects.

Using it feels too much like working in Excel and that's just not a very efficient way to manage projects anymore. There are plenty of other project management tools available that handle the job much better.

Pros

Worked well as a temporary solution while we were building out our internal records management platform and we were able to keep using it in the meantime.

Cons

One downside is that the files weren't really under our ownership. If an employee left before transferring them, getting access to those files and attachments became very difficult.

Connecting other tools with it has been really useful. Getting around the platform is also very simple and the interface feels welcoming and user-friendly.

Honestly I can't point out any downsides because I haven't run into any problems up to this point. It has been working well for me.

Using it day to day has been very simple and keeping everything maintained doesn't take much effort. The learning curve is low so it doesn't require a lot of training and the dashboard has a really polished, appealing look.

Cons

The only trouble I ran into was integrating this with other tools although customer support stepped in and helped resolve it.

Being able to collaborate with other people on the same file at the same time is really useful and makes teamwork much more efficient.

Pros

Feels a lot like working in a spreadsheet so it's very simple to get started. It lets me attach files to messages, create expense-related subtasks across different tasks and adjust them whenever needed.

Cons

Does have a few limitations though. Attaching large files can be difficult and there's no good way to preview, review or check other previews before sending.

It feels like Excel with a major boost for collaboration. Adding team members is simple and it's also very useful for keeping track of external users. Sharing with people outside the company works really well too. Since it's a SaaS platform, the interface is clean and responsive which makes day-to-day use feel polished.

Cons

Although it is fairly adaptive overall, a lot of its deeper functionality is tucked away in the documentation. To get the most out of the more advanced features, you'll need to spend time digging through the docs.
