“mobile ux is great”
Pros
You can edit work documents while you're on the go and I think that is a big plus. The real-time team collaboration works really well too. It also connects with plenty of apps in a very simple way which makes everything more convenient.
Cons
One downside is the limited customization options since there really aren't many available.

“User-Friendly but Pricing could improve”

It's super easy to use and I barely needed any training to get started.

“Positive experience”
Pros
It works well for a wide range of different tasks which makes it really useful in a lot of situations.

“well-designed interface”
Pros
Right away, the interface felt thoughtfully built and that made the learning it quite easy. It didn't take long for people to understand how to move around the system and the feedback we got from them was positive. Another plus is being able to customize each dashboard which helps give everyone a more designed setup and look.
Cons
Getting everything implemented ended up taking far longer than we were originally led to expect. The product was presented to us as something that would be simple to configure and roll out but the reality was a lot of technical problems throughout implementation. Support wasn't especially helpful during that process and we ultimately had to spend extra money bringing in a third party to get the implementation done.

“simple to adopt across teams”
Pros
One of the best parts is how simple it is to use. The colleagues I work with directly are not very IT-savvy and do not come from project management or analytical backgrounds. A few of them even struggle with Excel. Even with that, it has been simple enough that I could put together help guides and tutorial videos and those have helped both my team and everyone across the organization start using the software successfully.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is more basic view options, similar to Trello. That would make it much easier for me to introduce and recommend it to people who are not comfortable with computer-based work.

“integrations are great”
Pros
From planning and tracking to automation, execution and real-time reporting, it handles the whole workflow really well. One thing that has been especially valuable is its strong integration support which makes it simple to connect with external tools like Okta, Tableau, Google Calendar and many others.
Cons
I currently use it across two different organizations and it has hardly let me down in either one.

“feature packed”
Pros
Having a wide range of features to pick from is one of the best parts of this app. Its simplicity is excellent and it does a really good job of helping us stay updated with our clients. Also, the app is very user-friendly and simple to use.
Cons
At times, customization can be a bit difficult. Aside from that, the app is really very good to use.

“powerful dashboards”
Pros
Task management is essential for the way I work so having an app that also connects well with other tools is a big advantage. The trial period is helpful for getting a real feel for it before committing and it handles repetitive tasks really well. The dashboards and charts are Honestly among the best I've used.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes time because the learning curve is pretty steep. The free plan also needs work especially when there are so many competing tools on the market offering stronger free or lower-cost packages with more features.

“too limited for teams”
Pros
It came with basic project management features that let different team members post updates on their tasks.
Cons
Compared with project management platforms like Asana or Trello, it offers far less functionality. To be fair, our team was on the free plan and only the manager had the basic paid plan but even then, there are other free tools available that handle the job much better.

“free trial won us over”
Pros
Switching over to this project management software was a very painless process. It handled our workflow request forms and workflow automations without much trouble. The free trial was probably the biggest selling point. By the time it ended, we were already comfortable using the software and had started relying on it quite a bit so buying it afterward felt like an obvious decision.
Cons
My biggest concern is that the software doesn't seem to have enough built-in security. Another downside was the number of spam emails I started getting after signing up for the free trial. I didn't want to block them since I was seriously considering buying the product.
