“Clean UI”
Pros
Managing group projects and events feels much more organized with it. It offers a simple way to keep track of both pending and completed tasks which makes it simple to see progress at a glance. I can quickly tell what still needs attention and who is responsible for each item. The color coding is especially helpful too, using green, yellow and red makes it much easier to spot priorities right away.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more flexibility in customizing the view especially so it could be branded to better match our organization.

“dashboards are simple”
Pros
Working with it has been excellent because it offers a wide range of collaboration features that help our team share knowledge and keep support consistent. It makes ongoing follow-up simple and updates are recorded in real time which keeps everything current. I also really appreciated how simple it is to build main sheets and sub-sheets, then share them with coworkers so they can add more tasks. The interface looks polished and the AI formula generation tools are a big plus. Also, the approval flow and document management work very well and improve transparency. The dashboards are especially advanced, with plenty of customization options and the ability to connect multiple data sources so metrics are presented in a clear organized way.
Cons
At times, notifications get delayed and then show up all at once. It is not a major issue but it can slow down the start of certain necessary procedures.

“easy to use”
Pros
Takes the familiarity of a spreadsheet and turns it into something much more capable. I can build dynamic workspaces, automate recurring tasks, monitor progress with Gantt charts and collaborate with my team without any hassle. The interface feels adaptive and the feature set is powerful enough to handle project management, budget tracking and workflow organization all in one place.
Cons
The extended free trial is a nice touch but the paid plans can get expensive for individuals or smaller teams working with tighter budgets.

“tracking tool is awesome”
Pros
Getting started with it was pretty simple. I was completely new to it in September 2023 when I joined a department that relied on it a lot and after watching a few of the self-paced training videos, I realized that for basic use you can mostly just click around or Google what you need. After using it for more than a year, I've had a positive experience with the tool overall. Another big plus is that my clients, many of whom don't have a Smartsheet license, are still able to access and use the workspaces I build.
Cons
Something that really frustrates me is the lack of auto-save. I'll add a row, make edits or update something, then forget to click the small save button and none of that work gets saved at all,it's like it never happened. There is a banner that appears after about 10 minutes reminding you to save but a lot of the work I do doesn't even take that long. It's incredibly irritating and feels like such a basic, standard feature to be missing. I really hope it's on their roadmap especially since tools like Google Docs have offered this for years.

“reliable collaboration for shared docs”
Pros
Works really well for data entry and shared documents. The platform lets multiple people collaborate in real time and the email alerts are helpful for keeping up with comments or tags as they happen.
Cons
The platform feels pretty bland overall and the form features are not very user-friendly on mobile. It also tends to glitch fairly often or sometimes go down.

“strong project management features”
Pros
It's an effective project management solution that comes with a solid range of features and capabilities. It supports project management well, allows real-time file sharing and makes team collaboration much easier. It also helps automate repetitive tasks and the reporting feature is useful when you need to generate reports.
Cons
A downside is how heavily it depends on having an internet connection. Also, the mobile app doesn't provide the full functionality you get with the desktop version.

“powerful process automation”
Pros
Across resource management, product management, time and expense tracking, plus project and portfolio management, it does a really good job of streamlining business processes by automating the major workflows.
Cons
Compared with other PPM tools, its UI feels weak and the dashboard looks outdated especially in the on-premise version.

“a strong tool”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels very user-friendly and simple to work with. The workflow can be customized to fit different processes which makes it much more adaptable. It also scales really well so it's a solid option for growing teams or companies.
Cons
Pricing, i think, can be a bit expensive for some companies. There's also a learning curve when it comes to the more advanced features which can take a little time to get comfortable with.

“keeps me organized!”
Pros
Coming from Excel, this felt very familiar which was a big plus since I already know that workflow well. It didn't take much training to get started and it's been really helpful for staying on top of my tasks and keeping everything on track.
Cons
Marking items as complete took more time than I expected and that part of the process felt a bit too time-consuming.

What I appreciated most about it was how flexible it is to use. You can edit or make changes at any time and everyone sees the updates immediately, even on their phones.

“collaboration made hassle free”
Pros
Working with a project team feels much more organized because it makes collaboration really effective. It also does a solid job of helping keep the workflow on track and visible.
Cons
At first, I thought one downside was that there was no way to tell who had last updated something. After looking into it more, I realized there are actually ways to monitor changes using the activity log.

Pros
The flexibility and customization here are really impressive. I'm able to build different kinds of sheets for tracking tasks, budgets and resources which makes it a very versatile tool for project management.
Cons
Getting started can feel a bit challenging especially for someone who is new to the platform. A more adaptive interface would definitely help.

“features are good”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how many different ways you can use it. It works well for project management, inventory tracking and even event planning. The platform is very user-friendly and it also feels like the team behind it pays attention to customer feedback when new features are requested.
Cons
At times, it can feel like there are so many features that it's hard to fully understand how to use them all or get the most value out of every option.

“product is so good”
Pros
Switching to this tool helped us improve both operational efficiency and the quality of our work.
Cons
My only regret is not adopting this platform earlier. We stayed with a well-known competitor for too long and it created inefficiencies that could have been avoided if we had moved to this platform sooner.

“powerful collaboration hub”
Pros
It has been an excellent central place to store information and collaborate with a team. It works a lot like an Excel spreadsheet but with the added benefit of attaching documents and communicating with people across the business in one space. The automation tools are especially useful and help organize processes really well.
Cons
There are still a few extra features I'd love to see added. For example, it would be really helpful to have a filter option for "This Month." I'd also like to see stronger integration with Outlook.
