The features are reliable, and the customer support is excellent. Also it is easy to use.

I occasionally encounter input errors but they are not very common. Also it may not be the fastest tool but it still performs well.

Since 2020, Stackby has been a production ready platform with reasonable pricing and a great environment. Unlike other platforms with limitations Stackby delivers on production-ready features. It is stable and scalable.

It doesn't have as many integrations as Airtable or some newer platforms have.

Although our HR team is new to streamlining items through Stackby, we have already moved our COVID Mitigation tracker and added an Employee Assessment. We have also created an Employee Loan Tracker stack. I am loving all the features!

The conversational form in Stackby is quite similar to TypeForm, which is fantastic. It just needs a few minor tweaks. It would be great if the initial welcome title and description could disappear once the user starts taking the survey or completing the form, allowing better focus on the questions. Also, when completing the form on a laptop with a mouse, the page seems to skip multiple questions with even the slightest touch of the mouse wheel.

Stackby is an impressive app that offers almost everything important in Airtable and more advanced features. The development is quick and I really enjoy using it.

It lacks the ability to group by cell content, but I am confident they will add this feature soon.

The UI is fantastic which offers plenty of possibilities for organizing and collecting data. It is also mobile-friendly, which is a great advantage. I plan to use it for inventory tracking as it seems to be a powerful tool for that. Adding and accessing data is quite easy.

You may need some time to understand how to use some features more effectively. I often use Google Sheets, but there are moments when its limitations become apparent. So, it is worth investing time to learn Stackby for cleaner and easier data access.

I have been searching for a product similar to Airtable, and I finally found it in Stackby. It is easy to use and works great. I love working with databases as they make filtering and finding answers much easier than using spreadsheets.

Id like to draw attention to the capability of making Excel-like spreadsheets that are also databases. The data in these tables/databases can be connected with other apps to carry out intricate cross-app operations. Overall it is an impressive tool.

There is a learning curve that has been attempted to overcome by making "how to" videos, thorough documentation, and excellent customer service. Yet it still exists if you want to use the app to its best potential. Another drawback is that it can cost a bit more in the long run.

I had high hopes of replacing our existing budget in Google Sheets with Stackby, but I struggled several times to get the cells to work with the same formulas we rely on, such as calculating percentages. It felt a bit clunky. Additionally, the only place we could get totals was at the bottom of the stack, which doesn't translate well to a readable working budget.

I was able to switch from utilizing Excel to Stackby, which is a far more reliable tracking system, considerably more data-rich, and simpler to update and manage. It has helped me save time and the team productively has definitely improved.

Workflows can be enhanced, and some features that generally people require or want might be lacking. It would be nice if my data could be synced to an app rather than just being stored in the cloud, as this would allow me to utilize it when Im not connected to the internet.

This tool will assist you in achieving your goals, regardless of whether you want to organize data, develop systems, or monitor your sales, marketing, and business assets. Also, the new Zapier (Beta) connector creates opportunities for data to be brought into and removed from the rest of your technological ecosystem.

The software is not perfect, of course, and could use improvement. Some features are not user-friendly. And for some particular users, the software crashes. It does not happen frequently, but it can be frustrating when you are in the middle of something. A good thing I know from experience is that the support team is responsive and I am hopeful these issues will be fixed with time.

I was first unaware that software like Stacky could make a significant difference to our work. Since we adopted the software, we have seen many positive changes in our daily work. If you are a business and have enough creativity, you can create your own ERP and maintain complete control over the business. It also allows for performing complex calculations.

I dont know if this was an issue for others or just me. It previously caused some Firefox compatibility issues. After some time, I became accustomed to using Chrome. Although there were minor stability difficulties, they are hardly evident. I miss phase view and being able to cross-reference data from other tables.

Pros

I am currently evaluating different apps for my sole trader business and among all the apps I have used, Stackby is one of the most intuitive ones for beginners. Plus, its built-in integrations have the potential to go beyond being just another cloud spreadsheet database. It keeps adding new features.

I would prefer more plans or add-on options that cater to small startups and beginners like myself which will allow us to gradually expand and grow our database along with our business. It would also be beneficial if data could be accessed and shared among different stacks for more flexible data management.

In the past, it had some issues with Firefox, but I got used to using it with Chrome. It had a few stability problems but they are hardly noticeable now. Overall, I really like it. I miss the ability to cross-reference data from other tables and the phase view.
