The timeline calendar provides a fantastic visual representation, helping me effectively manage my time. I also like the option to filter tasks by individuals or the entire team, allowing for a more focused view of the to-do calendar.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve to the software. Although there are helpful video tutorials, I would appreciate a more interactive approach to learning how to use TeamGantt more effectively.

This product would benefit from additional features, integrations, customization options, and improved navigation. Even after using the tool for several weeks, I still struggle to remember the location of certain options. The placement and limited availability of many options are less than ideal.

TeamGantt is versatile, cost-effective, and provides excellent visualization of workload within projects. The resource management feature for employees is a major advantage, and the summary of time required for each project beside the chart is a valuable addition.

Cons

When you have numerous projects with a high number of tasks, navigation becomes challenging. Collapsible menus sometimes cause me to overlook a task because it's not visible on the chart when collapsed.

As someone who uses MS Office tools, I must say that the Gantt charts in TeamGantt are incredible. They can be shared, edited, and organized by multiple collaborators. The attention to detail in this tool is remarkable, and its user-friendliness is exceptional. I love the ability to view projects from a high-level perspective or dive into specific tasks. Uploading files and starting chats related to projects or tasks is effortless. Moreover, the tool offers multiple ways to display various dashboards, accommodating different preferences for information visualization.

Cons

Well, it's a bit pricey, but it's definitely cutting-edge. However, it doesn't track if a project manager or manager is assigned to too many overlapping projects.

The app doesn't adapt well to smaller screens and is impossible to use on mobile devices. The companion mobile app lacks a lane view, which is a baffling and confusing choice. Additionally, it's more expensive than it should be.

It provides a clear view of project status and allows effective communication with team members. We have successfully used it to connect with remote staff, finding it extremely helpful. The use of colors, symbols, and percentages effectively displays project progress.

Cons

I wish there was a way to manage and customize notifications more effectively. Additionally, some functions are challenging to customize, and I have even encountered cases where there is no "edit" feature at all! More flexibility in customization would be helpful.

It was difficult to figure out how to enter the project correctly, which made me doubt the changes it made when modifying completion dates (which is the main purpose of the software). So, it didn't work well for me. Admittedly, I didn't have much time to fully explore and understand its capabilities, so someone more patient may have better luck. It seems to provide an abundance of options and functions to handle complex projects.

The options are highly intuitive, making it super easy to use. I found it easy to get others familiar with the software, even if they had little to no prior experience with gantt charts or similar project reporting tools.

There was very little to dislike, but the print options could offer more flexibility to accommodate various reporting views.

Pros

The gantt view is excellent, and I particularly like the option to switch to a list view. This software also includes timesheets, and the team availability feature provides a valuable and convenient perspective.

Cons

The only thing I believe would be extremely beneficial is a mobile app. I searched for one but couldn't find any.

I'm not fond of how the sidebar closely resembles Asana's. I'm unsure which one came first, but it would be great if they could differentiate their design. Additionally, the free version only allows one project, which doesn't give clients the chance to experience its full potential.
