“Good tool for project management

Pros

It is very easy to visualize projects and track their progress. It's intuitive to use.

Cons

While using TeamGantt, I encountered a couple of challenges. Firstly, it took me some time to familiarize myself with the software. Despite its intention to be user-friendly, the wide range of features and the complexity of Gantt charts initially confused me. It wasn't a simple plug-and-play experience. I had to invest time in learning how to use it properly. Secondly, the cost has been a issue for me. As part of a small team with a tight budget, I found TeamGantt's pricing a bit steep for our needs. Although I like its comprehensive features, I sometimes wonder if a more affordable solution could meet our basic project management requirements.

It's really user-friendly. Within minutes, I can create my first Gantt chart and add tasks with their priorities and deadlines using simple drag and drop.

Cons

Upgrading to access all the features of the software can become quite expensive.

In my company, we often working on multiple projects side by side. When we had fewer and simpler projects, I could keep track of them with an agenda and written task lists. However, TeamGantt has taken my project management to the next level. It not only helps me see the big picture of all my projects at once but also allows me to schedule activities for each project quickly, avoiding sudden work overload. I can easily adjust project priorities based on our schedule and dependencies. If I make a change, all the related tasks automatically adjust accordingly. Regular updates sent to my inbox which keep me informed and aware of upcoming deadlines.

Cons

It's not a perfect solution, but I have successfully completed several major projects using it. Even though my tasks don't have direct dependencies, I would still like them to switch simultaneously if their dependencies change. I understand this is a difficult issue to solve, but it would be helpful if we could at least categorize these tasks.

I don't have any specific cons to mention, except that the calendar size is very small when using it on a mobile phone.

The feature I use and like the most in TeamGantt is task scheduling. It is reliable and works seamlessly.

The aspect I liked least about TeamGantt was the absence of a desktop app for Apple computers. I did download it, but since it was designed for iPad and iPhone, it appeared small and had some issues. If they developed a desktop version for Apple, I would switch back.

TeamGantt is a highly intuitive and efficient project management software. It allows me to create Gantt charts to visualize tasks and timelines, easily modify timelines, add or remove tasks, collaborate with team members by assigning tasks, receive notifications, set task dependencies and customize views to access necessary information quickly.

Cons

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike about the app.

TeamGantt excels in providing ease of task assignment to team members. Team members can track their tasks and their impact on related tasks. The critical path detection feature is excellent, allowing us to take proactive measures to ensure timely delivery. I like the color-coding in Gantt charts, which indicates task status and helps us understand the actual state of the business, highlighting activities that require corrective action.

Cons

I find TeamGantt easy to use, and I consider it suitable and ideal for creating schedules for tasks and projects with a limited number of activities. However, for large projects with a complex schedule consisting of numerous activities and sub-levels, managing updates can become complicated and potentially get out of control.

It truly lives up to its promises! Creating and reorganizing tasks is quick and easy. The interface is intuitive. If, like me, you majorly look for a reliable Gantt chart and TeamGantt do it for you as it provides a hassle-free, ready-to-go choice.

TeamGantt doesn't offer as much as I expected which makes it quite expensive. Its competitors can provide similar functionality while offering more features.

With TeamGantt, we can easily look into an important data and information and access it whenever needed. We can also bookmark sites for easy access without the need for extensive searching. It is simple to connect our reports with the required tasks and collaborate with external websites.

Cons

Team Gantt has major accessibility issues. While some may argue that it's not an important concern when using technology, we face challenges because certain individuals want to contribute but lack the necessary skills to fully access the program. It would be beneficial if they added a feature to capture high-level timelines for specific tasks and projects, allowing us to present them in our presentations.

I dislike the fact that there are times when working on it become stressful or irritating due to malfunctions and tools that don't work properly, leading to user frustration.

Dragging and dropping tasks and assigning them to team members is a breeze. Additionally, not everyone on the team needs a paid account to utilize the software, only those who manage the tasks.

TeamGantt pleasantly surprised me because I didn't have high expectations for the free tier. However, it turned out to be a fully functional project management tool with numerous unexpected functionalities that make it very easy to use, even for a beginner like me.

Cons

In my opinion, the price tag could use some revision. Currently, it's approximately 15% higher than its competitors, and I believe those competitors offer more functionality within their packages.

TeamGantt has made it easy for me to create Gantt charts that I can easily share across different departments. The labels, color codes and drag-and-drop functionality for dependencies make it seamless to identify any inconsistencies and visualize and estimate tasks across my campaigns.

Cons

I believe my struggle is more related to my lack of understanding on how to effectively group tasks. For campaigns, it's often necessary to create individual tasks for tasks like ad scheduling, monitoring, creation, etc., instead of grouping them under a single category like "Marketing > Social Media." This can make the gantt chart messy unless separate charts are created. However, most of the time, it's important to keep them all under one chart. Another concern is the limited choice of colors for tasks. Considering the reasons mentioned above, I would prefer the ability to enter hex codes or use a color picker with a spectrum.
