It is very easy to visualize projects and track their progress. It's intuitive to use.

I had to invest time in learning how to use it properly. Secondly, the cost has been a issue for me. Although I like its comprehensive features, I sometimes wonder if a more affordable solution could meet our basic project management requirements.
