From the moment I started using it I found the permission settings are detailed so I can configure practically any user exactly the way I need, right down to project-level controls. There are ready-made templates for projects and task lists, a customizable login URL, capacity management tools and pretty much every other feature I'd expect, aside from a handful of missing pieces.

Cons

The biggest issue for us was the absence of integrated email. That limitation was one of two main reasons we ultimately migrated to another project management tool. With the software we moved to our team can email or chat with clients directly from the specific project we're working on and those conversations are automatically attached to the project so there's always a clear record. The second major downside was the lack of true recurring projects which is important because we provide monthly accounting services and need workflows that repeat reliably. The recurring tasks feature here didn't meet our needs and felt poorly designed in practice, if you look around online you'll find plenty of other users voicing the same frustrations. Another feature that would have made a big difference, though it wasn't a deal breaker for us, is a client portal where clients could log in to upload files and ask questions. We've been using separate software for that piece but it would have been ideal to have everything congreatated in one place like our current setup.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is that they keep rolling out new features that make managing projects progressively simpler. The interface feels convenient and easy so my entire team can pick it up and start using it fast. It helps us stay organized and handle our tasks and timelines more efficiently without becoming overwhelmed. Beyond that, their customer support is consistently responsive and sincerely helpful which truly matters when we run into problems.

Cons

I prefer to get work done while I'm out and about so the mobile app doesn't suit me well. I understand there's a ton of data and the desktop experience is feature-rich and crowded but the mobile version just doesn't work for my workflow. I really wish the mobile experience matched the desktop more closely.

In our team where everyone wears multiple hats, it helps me keep tasks and priorities organized so we consistently hit our deadlines without scrambling at the last minute.

Sometimes the search doesn't correctly interpret certain keywords which makes the results less accurate and forces me to tweak queries to find what I need.

I've found it delivers a wide range of capabilities that make running our business much smoother, cutting down on manual work. Those capabilities include task management, resource management, project management and Kanban boards.

We really haven't found significant drawbacks. The vendor's technical team who is working closely with our in-house support has kept the system running without any noticeable bugs.
