Customer support was excellent. I chatted with customer support team member who was really informative and answered all my questions quickly.

Cons

The integration with Gusto needs improvement. Right now mileage imports as "Other Expense" instead of being mapped to Mileage, which causes confusion when employees have other expenses.

Good so far.

Pros

Timeeros customer service is amazing. While testing, whenever I reached out to them, I received a nearly immediate response. They have been easy to work with so far. It has proven to be great software for us.

Cons

Having the settings automatically clock in for all users without them having to change it themselves. This may sound simple, and adjusting the settings is simple, but some employees still cant figure out why it isnt automatically working for them, no matter how often I explain how to do it.

Perfect for my staff

Pros

The option to enable various locations for employees who move around and the auto clock-in and out capability both are very useful. The range of situations a staffing company encounters is made easier by giving employees the option to input their own schedules and those of others.

Cons

Id love to have an HR onboarding section of the app where they can upload their necessary paperwork, complete their profile, and push out stuff like employee handbooks.

Great for GPS tracking.

Pros

We organized our outside sales plan with the aid of Timeero. The software gave us adequate functionality to monitor the operations of our sales representatives. We saved time and effort by examining the regions our salespeople visited, and the caliber of deals closed there. It is also great for GPS tracking.

Cons

Just a tad bit of complaint. When we first started using Timmero, it lacked a few minor but essential functions. Yet as time went on, good interactions with their support team led to the addition of such features. To make their platform better for customers, they are constantly improving it.

The company skipped preschool sacrificing their ABCs for coding and looking pretty.
