TimeFlow is not user-friendly. I needed to manage clock ins/outs, and it was not intuitive. It seemed overly complicated and not intuitive. Generating a report was also complicated.

For our overnight employees, I wish the software could recognize that their shift might start before midnight and end after midnight. Instead, it always marks these punches as errors, as if the employee didn't clock out from the previous day.

Every time there is an update, it messes up for our employee, and she can not log in. She has to delete the program and reinstall it to get it to work again. It is very frustrating.
