“Perfect alternative to card based system.
Pros
We used to have a trusty old card-based time-tracking system for all our worksites. As we grew and had more and more sites to take care of, our manual system quickly became difficult to manage. We purchased TimeFlow software to replace the time-card-based system about ten years ago, and we are glad we did. When our staff check-in/out, I like that they can see the time of their final punch. When an employee leaves, they never forget to punch in their time-out. We are far more accurate than we were with the card swipe system.
Cons
I wish there was an "undo" button or modifications reverted to the initial punch time unless confirmed in the admin/management menu. It has been a problem in the past when one of the shift managers made a mistake and saved it, only to realize that something was off. They then had to go back and remember what they had modified to restore the original punch. It is just an example of little things that can be improved with Timeflow.

“Very stable time tracker.
Pros
I have rarely used software this well made. It mostly operates smooth systems, but Timeflow has the same polish as a full-fledged operating system. It has been extremely convenient for our office since we updated the online system. We’ve used it for several years and have had few to no issues. Functionality is quite simple, and we haven’t faced any issues while training the teammates in the office. They have recently updated the system so that we can run it on multiple computers and not just one as we used to before.
Cons
They could improve the pricing structure so that we only pay for what we use. Currently, we only use some of the features, and many of them are just lying there collecting dust. Maybe if we were better trained on how to make the most out of it, then this wouldn’t be a problem. It was also difficult to input our credit card information online because the expiration period was only extended to 2020. It took a lot longer than I expected to renew the service.

Pros
The software is simple to use. It has helped me improve and maintain honesty amongst my employees when it comes to timekeeping. And I appreciate the added check and balance it enables, which provides excellent information on timelines when conducting monthly assessments of each employee.
Cons
We appreciate that the vendor updates the software for improvements. However, each time there has been an update, some of our employees become unable to log in. It takes time to fix the issue. Since it happens frequently, it creates a lot of hassle.

“Excellent integration with our hardware and software.
Pros
What I like the most about Timeflow is that it is integrated almost flawlessly with our fingerprint device. We did not have to buy any additional hardware or software. It is excellent for managing our employees time. I believe the fingerprint scanner support keeps the workforce alert and prevents another employee from clocking in and out. It is simple to use, reducing the stress of completing time cards. It also decreased the number of leaves our employees took without notifying us.
Cons
I wish I could give it a perfect review since it has greatly improved our work quality, but the lackluster customer support doesnt allow me to do so. They are extremely difficult to contact at all times. I cannot recall when I got through to them on the first try. Sometimes we require immediate answers, but finding a solution usually takes a few days. I also dont recall hearing from a time-flow representative if they missed my call. I am the one who usually has to call them back.

Pros
Using the product across various computers and devices has truly simplified my hectic workdays, making everything more manageable.
Cons
There were often mispunches that could not be fixed unless a supervisor intervened, so it made things kinda cumbersome for me when clocking in and out.

Cons
The pricing packages do not seem logical to me. The user fees should match or be lower than the computer fees, not the other way around. It feels like they have missed the mark on cloud-based services.
