“Very easy to use, smooth.

It is effortless to use and I have found it easy to train others to use it too. The reports are clear and easy to follow.

There are a couple of features we are interested in that are not currently available, but DuoServe has been responsive and willing to work with us on implementing them.

The ease of use of this application makes it virtually foolproof! Teaching it to new associates is one of the simplest tasks.

Connecting to the server sometimes takes too long, and speeding up the login process could significantly enhance office performance.

Running reports and adjusting clock in/out times is straightforward. I also appreciate how the different types of clock-ins are categorized, such as vacation, holiday, and sick days.

Cons

I dislike that when changing the date for a holiday or vacation day, you have to move it from "approved" to "pending" and then back to "approved." As the admin, this process should be error-free. Additionally, I am frustrated by the inability to run an annual report and the discrepancies between reports regarding how OT is accrued with sick days/holidays/vacation.

Pros

The ease of use, compatibility with multiple users, and the ability to print reports meet all my needs. The option of password protection and fingerprint recognition adds an extra layer of security.

Cons

It would be nice to customize the report by adding the company logo for printing in the timesheet summary and detail for each employee.
