Employees find it easy to clock in and out, and managing holidays and sick days is straightforward. I appreciate the separation of different types of paydays.

Cons

I have no major complaints about the software. The only issue arises when there is a server problem, preventing employees from clocking in or out. However, reinstalling the software easily resolves this.

Making corrections to time in/out and logging holidays is challenging. We have switched to Quickbooks for its comprehensiveness.

One of my biggest gripes about the program is the difficulty in contacting representatives. Sometimes, urgent queries go unanswered for days. I don't recall ever receiving a callback from a TimeFlow representative.

I can not think of any cons at the moment. It would be helpful if the software could notify or send reminders via text/email to punch in or out, as some users often forget.
