Pros
I have set up Timely to automate most of what I do. Whenever a client requires a tax invoice, they can request it, and timely would automatically generate the invoice and send them to the clients on its own. It has saved me hours, if not days, of cumbersome work. Setting up the software was generally easy and enjoyable. Ive been pleased with what it provides for my (very cheap) monthly fee. Timelys simplicity and clean and elegant appearance make it the best possible app for time management.
Cons
Id enjoy Timely even more if I could include images of my work beneath my services when people book, so they know precisely what theyre getting. This mini-portfolio will add up to my value. I also wish the add-ons didnt have to be in a different category and could be added to the service. It does not affect my productivity, but it needs some work to make it even more perfect. I love using Timely.

Pros
Ever since we implemented Timely in our system, theres been a consistent increase in client bookings. They prefer making most of the booking online instead of talking to an agent every time, which is exactly what I can provide. They can choose the date and time to suit their needs, and we can keep the schedule updated to provide the smoothest service possible. I can have an overview of my financial condition to prepare tax returns. It is inexpensive, effective, and simple to use. We have had generally good reviews from our clients overall.
Cons
They handle the notifications very poorly, in my opinion. I have often missed my appointments and then had two different clients show up simultaneously because the software didnt remind me. Even basic time management software offers notifications about upcoming appointments and meetings.

Timely features a clean and intuitive interface allowing users to navigate effortlessly. It automatically tracks time spent on tasks capturing billable hours accurately. The software generates invoices based on tracked time streamlining the invoicing process. Additionally it offers a builtin scheduling feature for appointments meetings and other events.
Cons
The limited number of integrations with thirdparty tools and services may restrict its usefulness for some users. Furthermore compared to other timetracking and scheduling tools Timely is relatively expensive. While it provides basic reporting features it lacks some advanced reporting options available in other tools.

My previous software was working nicely but I just could no longer afford its price. As a result, I was seeking an affordable alternative and I found it in Timely. Many of its features are similar to the platform I was using before. However, several features are better. For example, I believe the mobile application is more optimized and user-friendly.
Cons
We offer consultations so we get random appointments, which are totally expected and fine by me. The problem is that customers don’t have the option to cancel the appointments online so they have to call me instead. Which is an unnecessary addition to my workload. Additionally, I would prefer multi-language support.

Pros
The best thing about Timely is the automated reminders that can be sent via email and text. It ensures none of my appointments are missed and the clients are updated about any changes. It has generally made me more profitable with less downtime. My clients can book their appointments online and appreciate the smooth portal they have access to. It did not cost me extra at all to have all these advanced features. While other similar software charged eye-watering thousands of dollars, this was merely a fraction of the price.
Cons
The only thing that sprang to my mind is to have a Next in line or waiting list prompt via the software to make it easier than writing them down manually and then booking them in. I believe the Checkout transaction section might be improved slightly. When I process a sale, it defaults to On Account, which is one more click I didnt have to make. I mostly use the credit card option, so setting it as the default option would save me a lot of time. It might seem trivial, but it is a lot if someone has to deal with it daily.
