Installing this software was a breeze. I am using it to track my employees schedules and for payroll purposes, and it is serving me very well.

Onboarding was a breeze, and the live chat assistants were a great help.

I would like to have restrictions on when employees can clock in. For example, if the shift starts at 7 am, employees should only be able to clock in starting from 6:50 am. Currently, employees can clock in at any time before the shift, such as 6:39 am for a 7 am shift, which quickly accumulates overtime hours.

The ease of use is fantastic. I can assign groups to managers and involve them in payroll approval.

The PTO tracking features could use significant improvement.

It's a bit inconvenience to remember to hit the save button when using it on a desktop computer.

It can be glitchy at times. People need to save every time they make changes, and if they forget, the changes don't get saved especially in the notes section.

TimeTrackGO is very easy to set up and incredibly user-friendly, whether it is for employees using the time clock or managing vacation and PTO time. I love that it offers both an office time clock and a mobile app.

The only downside is that sometimes the mobile app doesn't work well when there is no cell reception.

The user interface is a breeze to navigate and the visuals are impressive. Also the price is suitable for our small office.

It's not suitable for use in California. The rounding option applies to lunch breaks and there is no option to only have rounding apply to clocking in and out. Forcing rounding to apply to lunch breaks is almost a deal breaker. Other programs allow you to choose whether rounding applies to lunch breaks or not. It's not a good program for California.

I am ecstatic with the facial recognition feature on the timeclock kiosk, as it prevents employees from getting locked out due to incorrect passwords. The affordability and easy setup are great. Also it offers much more functionality compared to our previous system. Every report I need is available, and I can set up employee groups to filter reports for specific segments of the company. The rounding feature is a lifesaver, eliminating the need for manual rounding of everyone's time.

I wish employees could submit correction requests for missed punches through the system.

Managing our employees hours couldn't be more simpler without this program. It is user-friendly and highly effective. I can immediately identify who's putting in extra time and who needs improvement. It helps me manage time off to avoid overtime and lets me know which employees deserve bonuses.

Occasionally, the mobile app doesn't recognize a clock in/out. There are also several features that we are paying for but don't use.

As a salaried employee, I don't use the time clock. However, we still have to pay for me to be a user so that I can have the privilege of being the administrator.

At this point, I have very few minor concerns. Such as it would be beneficial if there was a way to organize groups based on departments.

Having the app version and geofencing feature has been immensely helpful since many of our daytime employees start working as soon as they arrive on the property.

Initially, the system feels complicated, and it takes time to understand how to generate reports for individuals or locations and how to edit time for each person. Overall, the functionality is lacking, and there's a noticeable lag when switching between functions.

We used to rely on the desktop version, but this new one is much simpler to navigate and view. We absolutely love it and the transition was a piece of cake!

I have no complaints. We are still new to the system and we had to wait for the sick leave to align with state requirements. Now that it does, we love it!

Every aspect of this program was remarkably easy to figure out. The customer support was very helpful when it came to setting up my employees personal cell phones.
