The setup process is simple and intuitive. The training was straightforward, and everything functions smoothly when we need it to. It's nothing like our previous system, which required constant reboots and updates for onsite hardware. With features like geofencing and the mobile app, TimeTrakGO allows us to run our business without worrying about employee attendance or payroll.

There is nothing I dislike about TimeTrakGO. I am completely satisfied with it.

It's extremely user-friendly for both employees and administrators. It offers essential time tracking functions at a more reasonable price compared to other options that come with unnecessary and costly additional features. The customer service is prompt and helpful, always providing explanations and additional resources for a great user experience.

Some features are overly simplistic and lack customization. When employee data changes, I can't update it from the effective date. The monthly price is charged per active employee, even if their start date hasn't arrived yet. So I either have to pay for them the month before they start or add them on their start date and correct their clock-in time. The payroll export report is very basic, and it's questionable whether it's worth the additional fee when I can export customized reports without it.

Both employees and administrators find the interface user-friendly. The support team has been very helpful, even listening to our unique requests as our business operates differently from others.

The system requires an online connection at all times to submit a punch. If the network goes out, time tracking becomes disabled and unusable. Having a locally saved copy that can be uploaded to the network once reconnected would save me from having to purchase a cellular plan for the kiosk.

TimeTrakGo is a high-quality timekeeping system that offers great value for the price. It's very easy to implement and is user-friendly. As an administrator, I find it simple to navigate and make time adjustments or additions. The customer service provided is outstanding, with knowledgeable and friendly individuals available when you call.

What I wish was available on our TimeTrakGo account is a rounding option specifically for clocking in and out, excluding meal breaks. As far as I know the current system allows rounding for all types of punches. We can't round lunch breaks (they need to be precise to the minute), but we would like the 7 minute rounding option to apply to the start and end of the workday.

Transitioning to this program from our old TimeForce system was not a problem at all. I wish we had made the switch years ago!

I wish I could directly print reports from the program instead of having to download them to Excel.

The fact that employees have to sign in allows us to accurately regulate their arrival time. Because of this we able to get rid of the old handwritten method.
