“Worth Every Penny”
Pros
We were in search of employee sign-in/out software that would hold our employees accountable for their own time. TimeTrakGo not only solved that problem for us but also allowed us to generate accurate time sheets and weekly reports, which we couldn't do with our manual system. The cost is definitely worth it! It eliminates the headaches of monitoring employee sign-ins/outs and ensures our supervisors are punctual.
Cons

Pros
It's highly convenient for both employees and administrators. The GPS feature is excellent, especially for projects with varying pay rates based on location. It allows administrators to know where employees are working. The customer service is top-notch!
Cons
As an admin, it's disappointing that I have to pay for the admin role even though I don't clock in.

Cons
The app isn't helpful for employees who are constantly traveling. It's not convenient to access the website for overall hours and usage. Employees would prefer to have all that information available directly on the app. Additionally, our employees frequently travel across time zones within a single workday, which created difficulties in figuring out the correct time adjustments for missed or late punches, especially when the time zone of the adjustment was different from the employees' working time zone.

Pros
Our previous mobile time clock software was acquired by Quickbooks, and they significantly increased the price. We switched to TimeTrakGo, which we found to be very easy to use and served our purpose at a much lower cost. The customer service has been excellent, with quick responses whenever I needed help with something.
Cons
It doesn't integrate with our QB payroll, so we have to manually enter the hours. This could be the reason why QB charges a higher price for their product.
