I absolutely love everything about it. From its appearance to its ease of learning and use, and the immediate support I receive whenever I have a question. It's the perfect solution for our needs.
Cons
I don't have any significant issues but if I had to be nitpicky, it would be that when I suggest a feature, they simply make a note of it without providing further follow-up. It would be better if someone eventually got back to you regarding the specific feature you inquired about, informing you if they're working on it, implementing it, or providing an estimated timeline.

Pros
The ease of use is fantastic, especially with the availability of a mobile app for staff in case of network issues.
Cons
The time cards are in decimal format and don't provide the option to display actual hours and minutes. I have to convert each one manually for payroll, which adds an extra step. It would be beneficial to have the option to choose the display format.

Pros
It is an excellent method for tracking employee time using on-site tablets. The ability to lock the location so they must be on-site to clock in is important for our company and helps prevent time theft. We can monitor punches in real-time and the customer service has been outstanding. They even made program adjustments to suit our business needs which was fantastic!
Cons
As a 24-hour company, the updates during shift changes can be bothersome. Some updates should have auto-enabled features, so we don't have to constantly check the settings after each update. This has only happened once.

Learning to use it was a breeze. I struggled with another complicated time clock program for around 10 years and never managed to learn its proper usage. With TimeTrakGo, navigating the system was a hassle free process.
Cons
I need to print time sheets for supervisors and employees to sign, but the program doesn't have the option to print them in the format I require.

It's really user-friendly. The customer service responds promptly and is always friendly and helpful. I love that it's cost-effective for businesses that only need a time clock option. Additionally, the customizable reports perfectly suit our unique work week.
Cons
I would prefer a separate button for time off that is clearly labeled. I also wish employees could view their remaining time off without having to pay for the larger plan, which includes features we don't need. Additionally, I'd like to have two options for holidays instead of just one since not all employees receive the same hours for holidays due to their different work schedules.
