Setting it up was easy, and both I and my employees find it user-friendly. The timekeeping reports are accurate and easy to read and the customer service is always excellent!
Cons
I'm satisfied with everything so far, although I would prefer the option to change myself as the administrator without needing to use an alternate email address. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible, and I'm stuck as the admin.
