What I like is how easy it is to monitor my daily activities. I can write and set reminders, linking them to specific projects. Whether it's the website, PC app or phone app, I have access to all my tasks at any given time.

Cons

Sometimes, I find it hard to edit tasks. The editing process is not very intuitive, and if I don't remember the shortcuts, it requires multiple clicks.

“Turning ideas to productivity. User friendly tool

Pros

Sometimes, the most brilliant ideas come to mind unexpectedly. If not recorded immediately, these ideas often vanish and never return. This software has transformed my approach. I now easily keep track of my plans and schedule, easily retrieving them from the list whenever needed. I have also set reminders for essential tasks to ensure punctuality. The best part is that customizing this software is a hassle free process, making it highly relatable.

In my experience, there are no cons. I like every aspect of my journey with Todoist.

For repeating tasks the natural language capability is great and the ability to create sub-tasks for detailed breakdowns make it really easy to use.

Among all the different to-do apps, my favorite feature is NLP. It easily understands what I want to add, schedule and when and where.

Planning my daily, weekly and even monthly activities and assignments is not a problem with Todoist. It allows me to be productive, plan effectively and accomplish my tasks with ease.

It would be great to have a section where I can write about my overall day, like a journal section for paragraphs.

As a new user juggling multiple tasks between school and work, I have found that Todoist is a user-friendly platform, surpassing my Reminders app and iCal. It is affordable and quick to schedule tasks. I like the level of prioritization it offers, and the notifications appear on all my devices and in my email.

I am not fond of the fact that I can't easily scroll down to add tasks beyond the next three days.

I love the modern and clean design of the app across all my devices. It makes organizing and tracking tasks and projects easy, intuitive and satisfying. The seamless integration with other software is also a major plus. I have it integrated with Google Calendar, Drafts, and Obsidian. Todoist has brought organization, productivity and efficiency to my digital life. It's a fantastic app.

Todoist is quite easy to set up and use. It has an intuitive interface, and it goes beyond the basic functionality of a to-do list. The more advanced features like tags and categorizing may require some time to learn, but if you desire that level of organization, it's worth the investment.

Inputting and editing information is very simple and it provides numerous easy steps to organize the data just the way you want. I no longer need to manage anything on physical paper since everything is conveniently stored in one place.

I haven't encountered any issues yet. It may be too simplistic for managing complex projects, but so far it has worked perfectly for everything I have tried.

I love how Todoist keeps my tasks organized by providing deadlines, reminders, recurring tasks, rescheduling options and the ability to mark tasks as completed. It is incredibly useful.

I wish I could have a visual progress for projects that consist of multiple tasks.

As someone who cherishes organization and all that comes with it. I am always a fan of the school supply aisle. With my liking for staying organized and my use of various tools like to-do lists, dry erase boards, pin-up boards and apps, I find Todoist to be a valuable and free organizational tool. However, it does offer more complex features for a small monthly fee.

There's truly nothing wrong with it. It's a fantastic organizational tool.
