The UI/UX is impressive, and tasks are categorized based on projects or themes. The paid version offers numerous features like reminders and customization options.
Cons
The paid version is a bit expensive, and they don't offer country-specific plans. Additionally, tasks cannot be interconnected.

Pros
When it comes to user-friendliness, I believe no other software can beat Todoist as it allows me to keep all my tasks in one place and easily edit and maintain organization.
Cons
I don't use it a lot so mentioning cons is not possible for me. I primarily use it to organize my small tasks, and it works very well for that purpose.

“Helps managing tasks efficiently.
Pros
It is a very smart and thoughtful software that helps me manage my tasks faster and more effectively. It works with my Google Chrome browser and as a stand-alone app on my phone or computer. The best feature is that I can turn an email in Gmail into a task in Todoist. Whenever I click on the task related to the email on my computer, the email in Gmail will open in full. It saves me a lot of time looking. I recommend this software to everyone that I know.
Cons
I wish they had put more effort into their reminder feature. I was using the premium version so that the reminders would ring on my phone. Moreover, the app should ask if I need help, but despite contacting tech support, I could not find a way to make reminders function for me. Besides, the tech support explanation or their reminders features were insufficient. Ive been looking for a nagging reminder that vanishes only when you act on it. I couldnt figure out how to get it.

“Great software for planning and managing daily tasks.
Pros
We are a fairly small school that can have a lot of employees working on a system at the same time. For this reason, we require software that manages the employees smartly. Todoist is capable of planning and managing my teams daily tasks, whether straightforward or large and complex. The project management capabilities supplied by this software can handle any project efficiently and allow us to communicate on the platform utilizing the built-in chat platform while remaining effectively connected. It has put everyone at so much ease that they can easily find ways to be more productive.
Cons
There is not a lot to say about the cons of the software itself because it has been amazing for us regardless, but I dislike the pricing structure they provide. There are no lesser plans for basic features because we do not use all of the features included in the pricing plan, which sucks.

“Incredibly simple to use.
Pros
Todoist is an amazing combination of features and simplicity. I love how easy it is to add a project. All I have to do is to go to the project list, right-click, and select "Add a Project." A dialogue box appears, allowing me to add a task. I can enter "Turn in report Tues at 3 p.m." A task with a deadline will be added immediately. Alternatively, create a board and track projects through stages. For each task, I can also create subprojects and subtasks. It then notifies me of all jobs due now, tomorrow, or later, depending on the specified time frame.
Cons
Not many things make this software completely trustworthy, even though it is so simple to use. Some major issues make you wonder if you can work blindly and expect work to be done precisely through this software. Dependencies are impossible to achieve. Its not very good at estimating how long your project will take. You can plan things for a long time in advance. But you cant rely on Todoist to tally up the time of subtasks to tell you how long the complete task will take, which should be its job.
