“brilliant for teamwork”
Pros
Using this system feels very easy and it works brilliantly for project management. You can set up separate boards for each project and then every team member can jump in and contribute whenever they have something else to add.
Cons
At times adding new people to the right board or team can be a little fiddly so it just needs a bit of improvement there.

“helpful templates”
Pros
It is a web based tool that helps organize and move your work forward, whether you're working from home or handling other kinds of tasks. The part I enjoyed most is that even the basic version lets me get quite a bit done like using templates and creating a team that can collaborate and contribute to better results.
Cons
What bothered me is that the tool is still a bit hard for me to use because of the language and the way the layout is set up. On top of that the paid plan includes the features that seem most useful but I still can't afford it since I'm just at the beginning of my career.

“Really like this!”
Pros
Running a small business, I really appreciate how visual this is! I use it to stay on top of upcoming tasks while planning and organizing my business schedule. It feels fun, flexible and visually engaging and it does exactly what it is supposed to do: keep track of to dos and help create a more efficient workflow. It also works very well as a small scale collaboration tool.
Cons
It does not offer the more advanced or complex features you would get with something like Asana but that is worth keeping in mind because this is not really meant to be a full project management platform. Its purpose is to track tasks and schedules and help optimize workflow.

“Definitely boosts productivity”
Pros
This has really helped with time management and its Kanban approach is a big reason the tool feels so efficient to use.
Cons
One area that could be better is resource management since it would be helpful to have more tools available for that.

“My review”
Pros
Keeping tasks organized and under control is much simpler especially when responsibilities need to be shared across a team. The features are practical and easy to work with, the design is visually appealing and the tutorial is complete while still being very easy to understand.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any issues. It has covered everything I needed and even provided features beyond what I expected.

“user friendly”
Pros
Right from the start, this tool has been very user friendly and simple to work with. It keeps tasks organized in a clear, structured way and even older employees are able to adapt to it without much trouble. The learning curve is short and the flexibility makes it fit well with different ways of working.
Cons
Because it's so simple to use and quick to adapt to, the feature set can feel a bit limited. I'd really like to see additions such as Gantt charts and some built-in reporting tools.

“widely adopted and accessible”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is how widely accepted it has become across the industry. Most people already know how to use it and it connects with just about everything you need like Gmail, Calendar, Zapier and Integromat. That makes collaboration with other teams or external companies much more practical when everyone is already working in the same platform. On top of that its simplicity and excellent user experience make it even more appealing.
Cons
Plenty of other tools offer similar functionality at a lower price so this is not always the strongest option in terms of value. Even so because it is so well known, it almost feels necessary to be familiar with it. The free version is very capable but some important features such as Calendar view, are reserved for PRO users which is not really a dealbreaker. It can also start to feel somewhat limited when managing more complex projects.

“boards for every task”
Pros
Having separate boards for different sets of ideas or tasks is incredibly useful. The way everything is structured also works really well: boards contain lists, lists contain cards and each card can be filled out with extra details, checklists and other helpful information.
Cons
On a mobile phone it can feel pretty awkward to use especially when trying to rearrange lists. The drag and drop behavior is not very good there. It works better on desktop but that really depends on the situation you're using it in.

“Good tool to have!”
Pros
A easy tool with a solid mix of features that helps project teams stay organized and keep tasks moving. The interactive, drag and drop cards make everything feel more accessible to use. The free plan also includes a limited amount of task automation each month and upgrading to another tier is simple if more features are needed. Being able to comment, mention teammates and tasks and upload images adds useful context and makes every task more informative.
Cons
In the free version it is missing a way to isolate tasks assigned to just one team member. That feature may exist in the paid plans but having it available would definitely make the overall user experience better.

“excellent fit for hiring”
Pros
This has been a really solid tool for handling our internal hiring workflow in the R&D team! It's accessible, lightweight and very easy to work with which makes it excellent for this kind of process.
Cons
A limitation is the text formatting inside cards especially in the description field. The markup options feel a bit restricted and things like indented bullet points aren't supported.

“simple to use”
Pros
Right from the start this feels well laid out and simple to work with. It's especially well suited for managing teams even when some people have never used it before because they can jump in and start using it without any training. It handles everything I need and does a really good job of keeping everything organized and on track.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any downsides to this product for the way I use it.

“essential for daily use!”
Pros
After using it heavily for the past five years, I honestly love just about everything about this product. The feature I rely on most is being able to email directly to a card. I've also connected it with Zapier/IFTTT and Siri so I can ask Siri to create a reminder and have it automatically turned into a card in a list on my board.
Cons
I really can't think of any downsides. It's a tool I depend on every single day.

“Satisfied user here”
Pros
Offers plenty of templates that make it easier to kick off different kinds of projects based on what you need. It also includes simple automation which is really helpful for triggering certain actions once tasks are completed. Another big plus is that it works across a wide range of platforms like Windows, Mac OS android and IOS so it's convenient to use anywhere! The customizable views are also useful because they let me keep both personal and work tasks organized together in one place.
Cons
Gantt charts are missing. It also doesn't have built-in time management or time tracking although it does support integrations with tools like Toggl for that.

“my thoughts”
Pros
Works really well as a remote collaboration platform because it's simple to roll out with new teams and can expand right along with them as they gain experience and take on bigger projects.
Cons
It adds a somewhat gamified feel to the platform which can be a little distracting in a work setting.

Cons

“simple and fast teamwork”
Pros
The biggest strength about this tool is its usability. It is very simple, fast and easy to use so people can start using it without needing any training.

“flexible boards and themes”
Pros
Dragging and dropping cards feels really convenient and adding members is simple as well. Changing the themes is also quick and easy :)
Cons
I'd really like to see a reporting feature so productivity can be tracked more clearly. It would be very helpful to have business graphs available for better visibility.

“fantastic task tracking toolkit!”
Pros
Planning the day and organizing cards would be much harder without this tool. Need to set due dates, create checklists and track progress? It handles all of that! It also lets you add sticker comments, labels and supporting documents as attachments which covers just about everything needed to manage tasks well. Thanks to Atlassian for offering this web based, Kanban style list making tool for free because it really helps make the day more manageable. You can move cards around, copy and paste them, transfer them between tasks and add fun sticker comments that make the experience more enjoyable. It's an excellent piece of software with a wide range of collaborative tools that help monitor progress effectively!
Cons
There really isn't much that needs improvement since Atlassian has clearly put a lot of effort into developing software that helps in so many ways. However it would be even better to have more sticker comment options and more detailed report extraction features.

“my review”
Pros
Back when we launched our podcast about seven years ago, my co-host Sam put together a basic board using this software so we could collect ideas for each recording session. Its biggest strength is how simple it is along with the fact that we can access it from any device. We publish weekly and are at 322 episodes as I write this so during the week, anytime something interesting happens or we come across a topic worth mentioning, it gets added as a card. We make a separate list for each episode and fill it with cards as the week goes on. When it's time to record, we open this software and use those cards to guide the conversation. The links stay attached which helps our producer pull them into the show notes afterward. Once an episode is finished, we archive that list and are usually already adding ideas to the next one.
Cons
Only thing that really bugs me is the Chrome extension. When it saves links, it puts the URL in the card title instead of the description where it would actually make more sense and let you name the card properly. That just adds extra steps when you're usually trying to save something quickly. On top of that the title field doesn't even hyperlink so it makes no sense to drop the URL there in the first place.

“Amazing task visibility”
Pros
It is very simple to use and I really appreciate that the whole team can see and visualize every task from one central dashboard.
Cons
The boards can feel a bit basic at times especially when they're meant to be client facing. It also seems like the platform could benefit from some kind of community knowledge sharing space and best practice guidance from the service team.
