“friendly interface”
Pros
The checklist feature is what I appreciate most about this tool because it really helps keep everything organized. Learning how to use it doesn't take much time and the interface feels very friendly. It's an excellent free tool and I also enjoy the materials they send by email.
Cons
At times I run into difficulties when managing certain information and the free version does come with some limitations. Getting used to it can feel a bit challenging at the beginning but after a while it becomes much easier to handle.

“Good for smaller projects”
Pros
Using this as a personal project planner and tracker with just the Kanban board has worked really well for me. I'd honestly recommend it for simpler projects, smaller teams and especially for home use or sole traders. As a standard modern project tracking tool though, it doesn't really offer stronger functionality than Teams boards, Azure DevOps or other similar platforms.
Cons
It has added newer, more detailed views and dashboards but they've been limited to business and enterprise customers only. Unfortunately that feels like another discouraging decision.

“accessible boards”
Pros
Has been a really accessible tool to work with and I've genuinely enjoyed using it. Even though it doesn't support very large file uploads, in most cases (probably 95% of the time) we were able to attach what we needed without any trouble. From a manager's perspective, it also made it very efficient to see what each team member was working on and compare progress across the team.
Cons
Issue was that it didn't offer the level of security permissions our organization required which unfortunately meant we had to phase it out. But I still use it for personal projects and keeping track of timelines.

“remote work lifesaver!”
Pros
When work shifted from the office to home during the pandemic, keeping up with what needed to be done and when took some adjustment. This software really helped fix that. We can add tasks quickly, label them with tags, assign them to specific people and set due dates without any hassle. It has played a big part in making remote work actually manageable for us.
Cons
It does not include every feature you would get from a full-scale project management platform but that simplicity is exactly what makes it so useful and easy to work with.

“Smart concept”
Pros
Using cards organized into lists on a board is a really smart concept. I gave it a real shot and even set up a group to collaborate with it but in the end I still caught myself going back to other note-taking apps or even pen and paper instead.
Cons
The archive feature feels far too vague. Once a card gets archived, it basically seems to disappear for good with no clear way to revisit it or organize it later as reference material.

“Ideal for staying organized”
Pros
If staying organized is your thing, this software is fantastic! After using it for quite a while, I eventually realized that being highly organized just isn't really my style. Because of that, I ended up drifting away from it and going back to my usual more chaotic way of handling things.
Cons
It wasn't quite as easy as I expected at first. Still I'd put that more on me than on the software because it really does exactly what it's designed to do. It just doesn't line up very well with the way I naturally work.

“affordable tracking”
Pros
Between the nonprofit discounts Atlassian offers and this software's project tracking features, it's a very appealing option. It stands out as one of the strongest project management tools available and it's also probably the only one that feels even somewhat usable for visually impaired users.
Cons
That said accessibility for visually impaired users still needs a lot more work. On top of that, it has been pretty quiet lately when it comes to updates or communication about accessibility improvements.

“Free plan was feature packed!”
Pros
Right away this tool felt easy to use and the free plan comes with a surprising number of features. I can work with teammates, manage several boards at once and keep all the files I need in one place.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the email notification option is inconsistent. I've looked up ways to fix it including changing the "frequency option" in the settings but nothing has helped. If email alerts matter to you, they're not something you can fully count on. The desktop notifications though, seem to work perfectly.

“Great team organization”
Pros
Does a really good job of keeping our workload organized and making collaboration feel effortless. The direct messaging and colleague tagging are especially useful and the threaded replies help keep conversations clear and much more organized.
Cons
Honestly there's not much to complain about. It's affordable, practical and simple to use overall. Really solid product.

“perfect for client templates”
Pros
Works really well for building templates that clients can start from and then customize to fit their own internal workflows. That setup is exactly what I need and it also lets me keep track of how they're using it so I can step in and support them when needed.
Cons
I don't have any complaints about it. The updates that made adding content simple from both mobile and a web browser made the platform even more useful.

“fresh interface upgrade”
Pros
That new interface update has been a game changer for our team. We were actually getting ready to look for another solution so this release came at exactly the right time and has us really excited to keep using it.
Cons
Before the latest release, the interface felt pretty outdated to work with.

“visual collaboration done right!”
Pros
This has become one of my go to tools for project management! Getting started doesn't take much effort and working with clients is just as simple, even when they've never touched the platform before. I really appreciate how visual it is and the card-based setup makes the whole experience feel interactive and engaging.
Cons
Even with everything I enjoy about it, one drawback is that boards can get out of hand pretty quickly with oversized lists and old projects collecting dust after being forgotten. I've seen the same thing happen with pretty much any task or project management tool. After trying plenty of alternatives, I think this comes down more to user habits than the software itself. I just don't get the same instant satisfaction that some people seem to feel from checking things off and keeping every list perfectly organized.

“reliable boards”
Pros
Whenever I'm figuring out how to handle a task or deciding which software to use, this is usually the one I come back to. It works for so many different purposes that I can rely on it again and again and it almost always does exactly what I need.
Cons
There are a few limitations with some of the tools but they're minor and have become less of an issue over time. I've tested nearly every similar platform out there and none of them have come close to matching this one.

“impressive project tracking tools”
Pros
Has genuinely impressed me with the range of tools it offers for organizing projects and managing tasks while collaborating with colleagues. I can use it on both desktop and mobile which makes it convenient to stay updated from anywhere. Tracking project progress is also very easy because the visual percentage completion makes it simple to see how far things have moved along.
Cons
An issue is that opening several tabs at once tends to slow down my browser even though I often need multiple tabs open to work more efficiently. It would be much better if the platform could open in a pop-up style window instead since that might use less RAM and help my computer run faster.

“excellent software”
Pros
Switching between boards feels smooth and it's really convenient to have a clear view of every project along with upcoming deadlines through the excellent and uncommon calendar feature. I really miss having that now. Putting together something like a video production calendar is fast and easy and it's very easy to keep up with. The cards are highly customizable too! You can add checklists, attachments, comments and more without any hassle and tracking everything is just as simple. For anyone who thinks visually, this is absolutely essential! Also there's a free version which is a huge plus since most other project management tools don't offer that.
Cons
Something that bothered me was the archive feature. I wish there were a better option for removing projects besides just "archiving" them. There are times when I need to go back and access those cards and there isn't really a simple way to find them again. Because of that I ended up creating a separate "completed" board where I moved all finished cards. It was a little frustrating at first but since the platform works so well overall it stopped bothering me as much over time. I also wish it allowed more color coding options and custom labels like Monday.com.

“Quite accessible”
Pros
This has been one of the clearest task management tools I've worked with! The interface feels simple on the surface but it's packed with features and covers nearly everything needed to manage a project well. Checking multiple projects at once is easy, keeping track of task progress is simple and grouping tasks into sprints works really well. Even inside each card, the layout is very accessible so it only takes a few seconds to understand where everything is.
Cons
The only real issue I've run into has been a few formatting glitches when typing card descriptions and comments. Other than that it has worked really well for me.

“Easy to track our work”
Pros
Having everything managed from a single board makes it much easier to track our projects and watch progress move forward. Assigning tasks with clear timelines has worked well for keeping deadlines on target. Adding deadlines to each task also improves accountability and makes ownership clear for every team member.
Cons
It's a solid project management tool overall but it becomes limiting when we need to work with larger documents since uploads are restricted to 10MB.

“beautiful and functional boards”
Pros
Combines a clean, attractive design with a very user friendly interface which makes it both highly effective and visually appealing. As a designer, aesthetics matter to me and this tool manages to be both sundr and practical at the same time. I can quickly see where things stand and which tasks still need attention. Sharing files and boards is fast and convenient and the mobile app is especially useful when I'm traveling.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is access to archived boards, lists and cards. There are times when I want to tuck a board away without having to go through extra steps just to find it again later. It would also be helpful to have smarter, criteria based labels. For example, automatically adding a label like "Add label Y" once more than 25% of the items in a list have been checked off.

“keeps tasks ordered”
Pros
Setting up tasks feels very natural and I can arrange everything in whatever way works best for me. I also really appreciate being able to open each task and add subtasks, assign owners, attach links and files, create labels and use the other features that let me be extremely detailed and organized with how I manage work. It gives me a reliable way to track progress and keep both myself and my coworkers accountable.
Cons
The only real issue I have is deleting tasks. Archiving them is very easy but when I actually need to remove one permanently, it's hard to remember the full process and all the steps involved.

“stay structured with this tool!”
Pros
Really helpful for managing my time especially with its planning features. The integrations with calendar and email fit nicely into my workflow and the interface is simple and accessible so it's quick to use without any hassle.
