“simple interface”

Pros

Getting started with this software is very easy. The interface is simple enough that most people can use it without much explanation and even the least tech-savvy members of our team have been able to work with it comfortably.

Cons

One challenge is that everyone has their own way of planning and organizing work so not all of our planners think alike. At times we build a board expecting it to track the things we care about but instead it ends up raising more questions. That really is not a software problem though, it mostly comes down to different people having different ways of using the app.

“Useful features”

Pros

The tiled board layout makes this really easy to work with! There's also a lot of extra functionality built in that I don't need every day but whenever I've gone looking for a feature that could help, the tool has had it available.

Cons

Honestly it's hard to come up with many complaints. The one thing I'd still want is a simple WYSIWYG editor so styling descriptions is more direct. I know the markup options can handle a lot of that but I haven't spent enough time learning all the shortcuts to use them comfortably.

Pros

The kanban board is the part I enjoy most in this software because it gives a much clearer view of our project timeline and helps me organize tasks into the right categories. Turning ideas into an actual workable project is easily the best thing about using it.

Cons

Issue is that there are limits to the kind of projects you can manage with this software which is disappointing. It would be much better if they added more advanced features especially something like a budget manager.

“better teamwork and productivity”

Pros

Was the first project management platform we used and it really improved the way our team collaborated. We could keep all our digital assets in one place, share project updates and track tasks without jumping between different programs. That saved us a lot of time and helped us get more done on each project.

Cons

In the end this tool turned out to be more expensive than some of the other options we came across later. The interface also felt a little outdated to navigate and at the time it didn't integrate with the other project management tools we were using for scheduling and bookkeeping.

Pros

It has honestly changed the way I work! I use it so much that it has become part of our daily language with my team, I'll say things like "I'll Trello it to you" or "please Trello me the reports." It's the app I rely on most to organize my days, manage weekly projects, map out goals, collaborate with staff and partners, brainstorm and gather ideas in one place. It's incredibly versatile, works for all kinds of uses and it's simple to customize and start using right away.

Cons

The one thing that feels lacking is integration with other apps. It does offer some but I still think there should be more. I'd especially love to see it support heavier use cases like accounting or other more advanced types of work.

Pros

Pinned boards do a really nice job of keeping important projects front and center.

Cons

Writing notes feels a little outdated and the UI could use some refinement.

Whether it's sales, marketing, content or production, this tool fits just about any workflow! It's easy enough that getting started doesn't require digging through documentation at all.

Up to this point the whole experience has been positive and I haven't run into any real issues.

As a project manager, having this around is really reassuring. It helps keep tabs on everything happening across the company and makes it much easier to stay organized.

Cons

There honestly isn't much to complain about. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that it takes some time to learn but that's pretty common with software that has a lot of powerful features.

Pros

Feels pretty natural to get started with thanks to the accessible interface and the wide range of industry-specific templates helps teams get up and running quickly while bringing everyone up to speed without much friction.

Cons

Does offer different project views like timeline and calendar but it really works best as a Kanban-style tool. Some projects are better suited to a different way of managing and reviewing work and it also isn't the strongest option for storing resources or reference materials.

“Fitting for task tracking”

Pros

An excellent tool for keeping daily and weekly tasks under control. It also makes interaction and communication with people on the team or in the department much better and lets us clearly follow task progress and see what is being worked on at the moment.

Cons

I don't have any complaints or issues to point out with this software.

Pros

Keeping projects organized is much easier with this. It helps manage every project in one place including budgets, timelines, each employee's tasks, deadlines, pending work and even client collaboration.

Cons

The dashboard is excellent and the reporting is simple to work with. Collaboration and organization are handled really well and it's useful that each project can have its own dashboard, wiki and customized template.

“accessible boards”

Pros

Everything about it feels simple right away and you can start using it without needing any training first. After spending a little time exploring the features, it's surprisingly quick to feel confident and work with it like a pro.

Cons

Honestly the biggest issue is that it deserves more visibility. I had no idea this tool existed and things would have been much easier for me if I had discovered it a lot sooner.

“Planning is easy!”

Pros

Makes planning tasks and projects really simple. It's very interactive, clearly designed with the user in mind and it has a big impact on the way projects and teams stay organized.

At times some of the features can feel a bit misleading.

Working with my colleagues felt very convenient since we could share files, assign projects and tasks and then mark each one as completed once it was done.

I didn't run into any real issues with this software. If anything, after seeing everything it can do, I just wish we had used it for more than only assigning tasks.

The biggest reason I keep choosing it is how user friendly it feels. The activity logging is also really useful since everything stays visible and transparent over time.

The product itself is doing a really good job but from what I've seen, a lot of companies still don't realize how much simpler it can make things so they end up choosing more complicated tools instead. The last time I used it, a few features were still missing, like email updates. Trello has added some of those since then but I still think a few of the newer extensions should come included in the core product.

Pros

Getting started with this was incredibly quick and I honestly wish we had adopted it much earlier. We can create separate boards for each client, add cards for every project and move them through whatever stages we need, whether that's new, in progress, complete or something more custom. It's also simple to personalize with colors, invite teammates, share files and keep an eye on progress. Overall it feels very accessible and user friendly.

Cons

If someone on the team forgets to update the status of what they're working on, there's no way to know it has moved into the next stage. That really comes down to building the habit of using this tool consistently across the team. Aside from that, it's pretty easy although some people may still find creating new cards a little confusing at first.

Pros

Adding a task or card to a board is really easy and assigning it a specific color or label takes just a moment. It feels almost as simple as jotting down a note and picking a color which makes staying organized much more manageable. Being able to use multiple boards also helps keep that structure going without tasks getting lost along the way.

Cons

The mobile app feels a bit limited when it comes to moving cards around and it's also missing automation options for sorting task columns by label.

Pros

Everything feels accessible and highly customizable. Working with others is really easy and it's quick to see where things stand, what's being worked on and where everything is headed.

Cons

Downloading image files can be a little awkward in this software. It's the only real issue I've run into, you can still do it but it takes an extra step that doesn't really seem necessary which is mildly frustrating.

Pros

Something that really works well with this software is how simple it is to collaborate on projects with my team, as well as with people from other departments in the organization. Everything feels clear and organized so working together is not confusing at all. The integrations with third-party services like Gmail and MailChimp are also very helpful since they let me organize and manage my emails within a single platform.

Cons

It does take some time to become fully comfortable with the software and learn all of the built in features and tools it offers. Proper training is really necessary so every team member can make the most of everything available. Other than that, I have not noticed any major issues with this software.

“single solution”

Pros

Has really helped my team and me work together and stay aligned on our projects and tasks, all from one platform. The card system and the way cards can be grouped make everything feel well organized and it gives us a clear task list and workflow that makes tracking progress on the board very simple.

Cons

Something that could be better is how card templates are edited. I usually need to pick the right template from the beginning so it matches my goal because making changes to the template later is not very easy and can cause the cards to stop working properly.
