“user friendly”
Pros
From the start it feels quick to navigate, user friendly and built in a very accessible way so everything is right where you expect it to be. Upgrading and adding more extensions or power-ups is also pretty easy and those can be extremely useful depending on your needs. For example the GitHub power up can be a big plus for development teams. The boards work especially well with Agile workflows like Scrum since they make it simple to organize tasks sprint by sprint.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides. The main limitation is that you only get one free power up after onboarding which might not be enough in some cases. Also boards can start to slow down when they are packed with too many cards which is understandable and certain actions occasionally lag a bit like when a newly added card does not appear instantly.

“Works with Jira”
Pros
Something that really works well with this tool is being able to link Jira tickets from different teams under a single task which helps me keep an eye on the overall progress in one place. It's also useful that I can connect or attach files directly from Google Drive.
Cons
A setback is that I can't use it to track budgets and in the free version I'm not able to assign a task to a specific user. It works better as a task management tool than a full project management solution.

“Collaboration done right!”
Pros
Right from the start this software felt incredibly accessible, fast and visually polished. It honestly has one of the best user interfaces I've ever used. My team of 30 relies on it to collaborate and coordinate releases across multiple projects efficiently and having a constantly growing web-based archive of images and files tied to each project has been a huge advantage.
Cons
I really can't point to anything I'd want changed. It genuinely feels like they've covered everything!

“keep teams aligned”
Pros
Between the mostly free plan and the month of Gold that comes with each referral, the value has been excellent!! Beyond that, it works really well for task management and the overall layout and design make it pleasant to use. I originally brought it in just to organize work for my graphic designer but it quickly grew from there. Now the whole team uses it and we also rely on it to share project management updates with clients. The SEM Rush integration is another big plus since it lets us export detailed updates straight into the board without extra trouble. It saves us time and our clients appreciate it too.
Cons
At this point, I don't have any complaints. Even if I eventually need to move to the paid version, I'd be perfectly happy to pay for it.

“boards for task planning”
Pros
Getting started takes hardly any time because the layout is so accessible. It works really well for splitting bigger projects like finishing my VAT return or organizing website work, into smaller task lists. The drag and drop setup is especially useful and being able to copy lists over makes everything even more practical.
Cons
A small downside is that I get the sense I'm only using a fraction of what the software can actually do since I haven't explored all of its capabilities yet.

“interactive interface”
Pros
Right away it feels comfortable to work in because the interface is interactive and well designed. Creating new issues is easy and assigning them to different people for specific tasks is much more convenient. It also gives stakeholders a clearer picture of the project status and the work that has already been completed. The Kanban board is another big plus since it makes managing projects much more organized and practical.
Cons
Problem is that the free version comes with limited functionality so many of the useful features require payment. There also are not enough plugins or templates available and customizing the templates can be difficult.

“team visibility”
Pros
Keeping up with what my team is doing is much simpler and it also lets everyone see what I'm working on at any given time. It gives a quick overview of whether the things we discussed have actually been completed. The checklists are easy to use and being able to move work from one team to another is really helpful. Assigning tasks to people directly from the board is also a big plus and makes managing work much more convenient for me.
Cons
The one thing I'd really want is an actual alarm instead of just a notification when something is close to its deadline. That's honestly my only real complaint. Since we're on the free version, there are naturally a few limitations but in daily work they're not very noticeable.

“helpful task tracking for classes”
Pros
Using this software has been really helpful for splitting big projects into smaller, manageable tasks. I rely on it for my college classes to stay on top of multiple assignments especially when deadlines start overlapping.
Cons
The software itself is excellent but there doesn't seem to be a reasonably priced basic plan that fits what I need. It also feels like the app keeps pushing account upgrades just to access features that seem like they should already be included.

“widely used software”
Pros
Since the software is used so widely, most people are already familiar with it and it doesn't take long to understand how everything works. It's the kind of app you can start using productively within minutes while still discovering new features and use cases months down the line. It's also very flexible so individuals and teams can build their own workflow inside the tool instead of being forced into a one size fits all setup.
Cons
At this point it has plenty of strong competitors and the core product hasn't evolved much over the years. The interface is also not my favorite. I know a lot of people enjoy its style but to me it has always felt a bit too flat.

“The complete package!”
Pros
Keeping daily work organized is much simpler with this tool because you can prioritize tasks based on importance. It lets you create multiple boards and pipelines, then assign them to different team members so it really feels like an almost complete package.
Cons
The one thing missing is a built in calling or screen sharing feature which would make it feel fully complete. Even for sharing screen recordings, you still have to rely on third party software and that's really the only downside I've noticed so far.

“polished tool with useful integrations”
Pros
Everything feels very easy and the whole platform is really polished. It also offers a lot of integrations and quite a few of them are especially useful!
Cons
Biggest frustration I have is that it doesn't provide enough overall reporting and some basic convenience features are locked behind paywalls.

“flexible cloud collaboration”
Pros
Takes almost no time to start out with since it's ready to use right away. It's fully cloud-based and the mobile app performs really well even when working offline. Collaborating with remote teammates is also very convenient because inviting people and sharing boards is simple.
Cons
One thing that feels missing is support for more specific fields. I'd really like the option to set custom fields for certain cards, such as making a field mandatory so that whenever that card is created, a value has to be entered.

“practical task tracking”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how practical it is for setting up a work system. The card-based priority features, along with the tools for marking tasks as completed or still pending, make it much easier to stay organized. It's also useful being able to add other users so they can interact directly within the card.
Cons
A downside is that you can't mention or tag people who are users in the card comments.

“content planning powerhouse”
Pros
Coordinating content across a large team feels much more manageable with this. The templates help you spin up a content schedule right away and the project timeline view is really useful.
Cons
Setting up plans can get overwhelming fast especially when you're building one from scratch. While there are templates that can work for what you need, not everyone fits into a standard setup and customizing them can turn into a bit of a rabbit hole.

“fantastic team task tracking!”
Pros
This has been an amazing system for the way I work. It's excellent for collaborating with a team, adding personal tasks and keeping track of progress. There's also something really satisfying about seeing most of the tasks get completed!
Cons
I'm fully satisfied with the app and honestly can't think of any downsides to mention. I'd highly recommend it!

“customizable boards”
Pros
I really like how much you can customize the Kanban cards. You can set them up however you want using text, images, links, colors and more which makes organizing tasks feel much more flexible and visual.
Cons
A problem is that it charges extra for certain add ons and at times those paid extras do not feel useful enough to justify having a price attached to them.

“Alerts that help a lot”
Pros
This has been really easy to use which is a big plus for a tool that does so much. Getting around the platform feels simple and the clean, user friendly layout makes everything approachable. The included templates are especially helpful when you are not sure how to begin. It has been a big asset for our company because we can create tasks and assign them to different team members without any trouble. I also appreciate that it sends notifications whenever task updates happen which is a nice bonus. Also I use it for personal to do lists as well and it does a great job of keeping me organized.
Cons
A few features that feel fairly basic are only available with the premium plan which can be a little frustrating. I have also noticed that my device occasionally slows down while using the software. Aside from that, I genuinely enjoy using it.

“SO incredibly useful”
Pros
Comes with a ton of features and that's exactly what I enjoy about it. I can tell it's capable of much more than I've even explored yet. For what I need right now (managing personal and work to-do lists by client, uploading images and files and keeping everything together in one spot) it works really well and I genuinely love using it.
Cons
Issue is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. With so many features available, jumping in can be intimidating and I really wish there were a simple tutorial that clearly walked through how to use everything. There may already be one but the number of options makes it feel daunting to get started.

“versatile task planner”
Pros
Works almost like a diary for my daily scheduled tasks. It connects with a lot of other online tools such as Google apps like Drive and Calendar, Mailchimp for sending emails, analytics platforms social media networks and even HR and IT related features. I can also share my boards with other people when needed. The best part is that it's very simple to understand and use. It helps me keep track of my tasks with alerts for upcoming deadlines and I can store documents there or access them anytime. The snooze option is also really helpful because it makes it hard to forget anything. On top of that it includes voting and chat features which are useful for project decisions or communicating directly with clients.
Cons
It covers everything I need so I honestly haven't come across anything to dislike. Every feature available has been useful for me and I don't have any complaints.

“Works well”
Pros
Its core setup for organizing information with Kanban boards works really well! It's dependable, rarely crashes and makes it easy to place information into different boards and follow progress through various stages using the Kanban method.
Cons
At the same time that simplicity can become a drawback. To turn the software into something that fits more advanced needs, you usually have to add power ups or third party integrations. Some of those add ons perform well but others can be pretty buggy. :/
