“handy task sharing for teams”
Pros
So useful for my business! It helps me organize daily tasks and projects in one place and I can easily share everything with my teammates.
Cons
To unlock all of the features, you have to pay a monthly subscription especially when your company has more than one employee.

“Good experience”
Pros
The free version is quite good. It helps keep every process organized and makes task management easy and there's at least some room for customization even if it's fairly limited.
Cons
It's a very basic tool so if you need something with more advanced features (like multiple Kanban boards, real-time collaboration and stronger integrations) this probably won't be the right fit. That's ultimately why I moved to another option.

“Accessible boards”
Pros
Getting started is incredibly easy and customizing it right away feels effortless. There's basically no learning curve so it's easy to understand how everything works from the start.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much to complain about. If I had to point out one thing, the cross board functionality was the part I liked the least.

“missing core project tools”
Pros
The Kanban view works well and having separate boards is a feature I appreciate.
Cons
There are too many missing features or things only work if you add integrations. There's no time tracking, no time estimates, no product list view and no way to manage separate tasks with separate conversations inside a single card. Because of all that, using it for project management becomes very difficult.

“Customizable workflows”
Pros
One of its strongest points is how far you can customize it. That flexibility makes it work well across all kinds of teams and departments, letting organizations use it for very different purposes and still get strong results.
Cons
Compared with most project management tools, this one is quicker to pick up but there's still some learning involved before everything feels natural.

“simple project management tool”
Pros
Feels like one of the simplest project management tools to work with and the fact that it begins with a free plan makes it a really solid option for anyone getting started without already using this kind of software.
Cons
As the boards get larger, they can become overwhelming and a bit confusing for less experienced users. Eventually it can be difficult to find information if the whole team is not familiar with the way the board is organized.

“easy to use”
Pros
Has a user friendly interface that makes it simple to stay on top of projects and collaborate with your team.
Cons
There's nothing specific to complain about. It works really well on the free plan and if you want extra features, the Gold upgrade is reasonably priced.

“allows for transparency”
Pros
Adds a lot of transparency to task assignment. Assigning tasks to colleagues and teammates is very easy and it makes it simple to follow what still needs to be done, what is in progress and what has already been completed.
Cons
At the moment I can't point to any real downsides. I've genuinely enjoyed using it and it does exactly what we needed it for.

“good for staying structured”
Pros
During project planning and execution, this tool has been incredibly helpful for managing tasks! It makes it possible to share projects with the team and collaborate on the same tasks in real time even when everyone is working remotely. I can also move folders between boards and keep tasks well organized across the whole team.
Cons
I don't have any negative feedback about this software because it has been very helpful for my work.

“easy transition”
Pros
Back when I worked with Epic Games support for Fortnite and the Epic Games Store, we built a database of all the topics customers were asking about. The transition to this software went really well because users picked it up quickly and the biggest benefit was how fast everyone got aligned on their responses.
Cons
I seriously don't have any issues to point out about this application.

“quick team adoption”
Pros
Getting the team started with this tool didn't require much training at all and within two months we had managed to move all of our tasks into the platform.
Cons
The mobile app isn't very good since workers can't easily make changes from their phones and usually need a PC instead.

“versatile task tracking”
Pros
Works well for staying on top of different tasks. It offers plenty of features and functionality so you can customize it to fit just about any workflow or need.
Cons
The free plan only includes a limited set of features although it still has a fairly effective offering. It can take quite a bit of time to go through everything the platform is capable of and by the time you figure it all out, you may have already spent more time than it ends up saving.

“You'll find boards for every project”
Pros
It is incredibly easy to work with which is why I rely on it for both personal projects and work tasks. It's simple to customize columns, create tasks, assign owners and set up workspaces with access limited to specific users.
Cons
It does feel a bit limited when it comes to reporting features but since it's free, that's pretty understandable.

“multitude of features”
Pros
Right away the variety of features really won me over!! It's user friendly, makes creating lists and to do boards for both personal life and business feel genuinely fun and sharing with other people is very convenient. I also appreciate being able to store different kinds of content and move items from one place to another without any hassle.
Cons
There was a small learning curve at first and it took me a little time to figure everything out. Still after learning the basics and watching a couple of Youtube videos, I was able to get comfortable with it pretty fast.

“fits my needs”
Pros
This has been the most user friendly tracking tool I've worked with! It lets you follow the full lifecycle of almost anything, whether it's work tasks, team assignments, project activities or even personal to dos. The card templates are definitely worth checking out and they help organize tasks in a way that fits exactly what you need.
Cons
A couple of features I'd still like to see are the ability to link other cards to the current card and an option to create child cards.

“flexible templates for casual projects”
Pros
Feels very customizable and the way it can be extended through project management templates is a real plus. It seems like an excellent fit for anyone looking to get started with project management in a more casual, approachable way.
Cons
Issue is that the large number of web templates can take away some of the hands on web development aspect since the ready made options tend to shape the process quite heavily.

“can do a lot with this”
Pros
There's a lot you can do even on the free plan, despite some feature limits. The boards, team collaboration and file sharing are really helpful when working with others even though the free version caps uploads at 10 MB per file. Another big plus is how quickly everything syncs between desktop and mobile which makes switching devices feel effortless.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit complex at first so it takes some time to get comfortable with it. One thing that's also missing is the ability to add deadlines or reminders directly to bullet points or checklists.

“Feels accessible from the start”
Pros
From the first use everything feels accessible and well designed so it's immediately clear how the platform works. Features like adding columns to the Kanban board and labeling tasks make it especially appealing to use. One thing that really matters is the ability to assign multiple people to the same task.
Cons
It still isn't as effective as a lot of other project management tools, such as Jira. Also you can't paste images directly into a task and have to attach them instead which makes it harder to keep track of which image belongs to which topic. Another downside is that labels on the Kanban boards appear only as colors, without any text.

“Perfect for organized planning”
Pros
Anyone who loves working with to do lists will probably really enjoy this tool. It's a solid option for organizing tasks and putting ideas into a clear structure. It works especially well for business owners, project managers and students.
Cons
An area that could use some improvement is the background visibility. I use my business logo there but it doesn't always appear the way I want it to.

“simple to work with”
Pros
It feels incredibly natural to use! The boards, cards and lists mirror the same way we'd manually organize work tasks and even household chores which makes everything accessible right away. That familiar setup is exactly what makes the platform so effective and the collaboration features were a big reason we chose it as our primary tool for work.
Cons
My only real complaint is that cards or lists can sometimes be moved or deleted too easily without any confirmation message asking whether we're sure. That becomes especially frustrating for those of us handling a lot of tasks while on the go.
