“Excellent!”
Pros
Has been excellent for handling both personal to dos and team projects. It works really well for keeping communication efficient at work and for tracking task progress clearly, whether something is pending, in progress or completed. The features I appreciate most are the labels, direct mentions and the way information can be organized. The interface feels accessible and is simple to use.
Cons
Organizing information across the dashboards can get a little difficult when you're managing larger projects with a lot of collaborators.

“Has to be my favourite!”
Pros
It gives you a ton on the free plan and that's a big reason I enjoy using it. Another plus is how flexible it is! You can set it up in pretty much whatever way works best for you and it's very simple to use. My wife and I organize a lot of our daily life with it and she's a big fan as well. I've mostly stayed on the free tier though I tried the business version for a while. In the end, I felt the paid automation and extra features were handled better by other project management tools. Even with that, I'd absolutely recommend this as a free option for managing projects and collaborating with others.
Cons
Compared with other project tracking platforms, this one doesn't offer as many features. Nothing really feels broken or wrong with it, it just lacks some of the built in functionality that other tools include natively. Because of that, the tool works really well for creating tasks, monitoring progress and keeping track of work but it becomes more limiting when you need reporting or collaboration across multiple boards.

“accessible setup”
Pros
Getting started is simple and the way it works feels very accessible right from the beginning.
Cons
After using the software regularly for years, we've had to archive a lot of cards. The frustrating part is that once a card is archived, tracking it down through search becomes very inconvenient even when using the exact card title. That's something that really needs to be fixed.

“Efficiently organizes work”
Pros
At first the approach of this tool towards project management felt a little unconventional to me and my team but once we got comfortable with the Kanban boards, it completely changed how we think about to do lists and how to organize work more efficiently. It does an amazing job of helping teams manage tasks, assign responsibilities and stay on top of milestones. Instead of spending time every week in meetings just to collect status updates, it gives clear visibility into what everyone has finished, flags issues quickly and makes milestone tracking very easy. It's easily the best project management software I've used and has been a real game-changer for the way we run projects.
Cons
Even though it is an excellent tool, I still feel the core product could be stronger with a few more features and added functionality. Since I'm juggling several projects across different teams, I spend a lot of time jumping between boards and individual tasks. It would be incredibly useful if it could bring together tasks from all boards into one centralized view showing due dates, open issues and overall priorities across teams. A single dashboard like that would make the platform far more adaptable, easier to roll out across more departments and could even let it replace tools like Salesforce in our organization when it comes to project management.

“clean cards for task tracking”
Pros
It has a easy interface that works really well for people who want to stay on top of their own projects and daily tasks. The card system is especially useful for following progress and keeping everything organized.
Cons
We initially planned to use this tool for weekly check ins across the whole team but it didn't catch on the way we hoped. Team members who were less comfortable with tech had a harder time getting used to the interface and because of that learning curve, engagement gradually dropped off.

“Boards boost workflow”
Pros
Using the Kanban boards to plan and carry out tasks or projects has improved our workflow and made the team more effective.

I've genuinely enjoyed using it for project management and there really isn't anything major I dislike about the software.

“checklists done right!”
Pros
As someone who makes lists for pretty much everything, I absolutely love this service! I'm very OCD about staying organized and this app really gives you that satisfying sense of accomplishment when you finish a task on your to do list. It's very simple to use, practical and honestly much better than carrying around pen and paper.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. It delivered everything I wanted right from the start. I've tried other reminder and to do apps before but none of them worked nearly as well as this one.

“task organization that works”

A simple way to break big projects and complicated tasks into smaller pieces and keep everything organized.

“simple project tracking”
Pros
Bringing this tool into our organization was very simple. Since we started using it, it's been much easier to keep every project detail organized and make sure even the small things don't get missed.
Cons
Honestly there isn't anything I'd change about this software. It consistently puts effort into rolling out new features on a regular basis.

“keep everything organized”
Pros
The card based setup works really well and makes it simple to see everything at a glance and shift priorities around when new tasks or projects come in. It's also very easy to teach to new employees.
Cons
I do wish changing list colors on an ipad was more convenient especially since our business relies almost entirely on iPads.

“helpful milestone tracking”
Pros
Planning and deploying projects is much more manageable because the milestone tracking is really useful. It lets me set clear checkpoints to review project progress and see whether extra resources are needed which helps keep our workflow more organized. Another feature I appreciate is being able to duplicate task cards and drag them around easily.
Cons
An issue I keep running into is the connection with the software. At times I can't log in at all because it keeps showing an error. I've also been trying to integrate it with Jira but the two don't seem to sync properly and no updates from Jira appear in this software. Even after sending tickets to customer support, nothing has been resolved.

“Works for any project”
Pros
The interface feels very accessible and being able to manage several boards at the same time is a huge plus. I can invite different people to each board depending on the need which works really well for how I stay organized. I keep one board for home tasks that my wife can access too, another for broader business tasks and goals and then separate boards for each major project so I can track objectives, tasks and issues clearly.
Cons
It's not really a complaint, more of an area that could be improved: I'd love to see stronger reporting features especially the ability to select multiple boards and get one overall view of everything.

“Affordable”
Pros
Getting organized with this product has been very easy! It's simple to use, supports plenty of add ons through Power-Ups and some of the free ones are genuinely useful. The pricing is also low compared to everything the platform can do. It helps me stay on track, meet deadlines and keep my projects sorted every day, with the tasks I need to focus on always sitting right at the top of the page.
Cons
Something I'd still like changed is the card handling. There are options to copy, move and archive but I wish there were a direct delete option right from the card itself. The way Card Family works for grouping items also feels a bit odd and I'd prefer to be able to review a single card that shows all of the groups together.

“Stay on track like me!”
Pros
This has become my go to for organizing all kinds of things from annual goals by topic to personal gift lists and even wardrobe planning. The board layout makes everything very visual which is a big part of why I enjoy using it. Being able to attach pictures whenever I need to is also really helpful and the checklist boxes make it satisfying and practical to keep track of items.
Cons
Issue is that I've never really been able to get a business to adopt it. I'm not sure whether it comes across as too informal or something else but that's surprising to me because I actually think its approachable style is one of its biggest strengths. The more approachable a tool feels, the more likely people are to actually use it.

“my review”
Pros
Our team uses this software to manage small departmental tasks and I have to say it has made tracking and assigning activities much more easy, quick and efficient. One of its biggest strengths is how, at a glance, you can immediately see how many tasks are assigned to each person. The ability to move cards freely from one column to another makes updating project status extremely fast while the settings inside each card and subtask allow for a very detailed level of organization. The integration with our ticketing platform is also excellent since we can create and assign a card directly from an open ticket with just one click.
Cons
It starts to show its limitations when it is used for medium to high complexity projects or when too many columns are created.

“gets the job done”
Pros
Whenever I need a flexible way to see what's currently being worked on and what's coming up next, the tool does the job really well. It helps keep attention on the top priorities and it's simple to follow comments and attachments as work moves forward. We also really appreciate that updates are saved in the activity logs so it's easy to look back and see how everything has progressed.
Cons
I'm not thrilled about the timeline/calendar view. Those features do exist but they're not as strong or polished as I'd like them to be.

“simple to use”
Pros
The Kanban boards are easy and simple to work with. If you're just getting started with Agile, it's a really solid way to ease into project planning and running sprints.
Cons

“increases productivity”
Pros
Ended up being the missing piece for managing work. Instead of relying on sticky notes for reminders, I can keep everything organized in one place. It really helps me stay productive and on track and being able to share tasks and see exactly where things are in the process makes my job much more manageable.

“versatile for teams”
Pros
Its simplicity and overall usefulness make this a tool that's definitely worth considering. It's also really helpful that I can manage different teams under a single account.
Cons
One thing I'd change is having more of the extra features included since it can get expensive once you start adding more functionality. Even so it's still worth a look because you can choose only what you want without paying for a bundle of things you don't need.
