“Has a generous free plan”
Pros
A basic Kanban board up and running with this tool is incredibly easy. It feels accessible to use and our team relies on it to keep track of tasks and go over progress during meetings. The biggest advantage is that the free version includes all the core features we really need.
Cons
Since the Atlassian acquisition, they introduced premium pricing and a paid tier. To be clear, paying isn't required at all, we use the free plan and it still covers plenty for our needs. It's still annoying that some features are restricted especially board power-ups.

“Good integrations”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy mainly because the Kanban-style task management is so accessible. The Kanban setup works really well since you can create as many swimlanes as you need and move tickets across the board as they go through each stage of their lifecycle. The interface is simple to work with too, with support for colors, labels, due dates, activity tracking, plus images and file attachments. It also connects nicely with other tools and services which adds a lot of value. Another big plus is being able to access it on mobile, desktop and the web. The power-ups are useful as well, you get one additional feature on the free plan and the paid version gives you more including several valuable integrations and extra functions.
Cons
Something that's inconvenient is that you can't update your profile avatar from the mobile app. To change it you need to use the web version and make the update through your Atlassian account.

“clear project flow and transparency”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this program is how well it brings structure to your work. It gives you a full overview of the entire process and with the help of different cards, you can break tasks down into smaller, more manageable steps. Because of that, it becomes much harder to miss either the small details or the bigger picture of the project, both of which are essential if you want the work to keep moving and actually reach its goals. It also helps both employees and managers follow the progress of the whole project so nothing slips through the cracks. On top of that, it makes the work more transparent which is a real benefit for openness and fairness in the workplace over time.
Cons
Honestly it is hard to come up with anything truly negative. The only thing I am not very fond of is that the cards come in many different colors which can sometimes make the board feel a bit like a jungle of color. Still I know some people see that as a useful feature so it is not really a flaw as much as a personal preference.

“Provides boards for team planning”
Pros
Right from the start I really enjoyed working with this software. It feels like one of the clearest agenda style tools out there. You can customize your lists for things like to do tasks, completed tasks and more which makes it very practical. It also helps that everyone on the team can clearly see what still needs to be done and what has already been finished.
Cons
I don't like how cluttered a page can become once you add a lot of people and many items. It's similar to a regular agenda in that the more you put into it, the messier it starts to look. I'd really like to see some kind of solution for that issue.

“fast mobile app”
Pros
Working with kanban cards in the software feels effortless overall. Bringing other people onto the platform is very easy too and the mobile app is genuinely good and responsive.
Cons
One confusing part is that you can end up with an account created directly with an email while Atlassian can also create a separate account and those don't seem to be unified. On top of that logging in with an @username adds another layer of confusion which can become messy when moving between projects.

“everything about it feels easy”
Pros
Setting it up, organizing work, coordinating tasks, assigning them to team members and tracking progress all feels easy. The email notifications are useful and it helps a lot with managing deadlines and timelines especially since it can connect with Google Calendar and the local Mac calendar. Features such as sticky note style task management and tracking make it easier to ensure work gets delivered on time. It also works well as a collaborative platform where teams can share resources and wireframes and the overall system is flexible and customizable.
Cons
Doesn't fit very well with a traditional agile methodology or the needs of large scrum teams. It works best as a collaboration tool and for managing personal deadlines or tracking tasks within smaller sub-teams.

Pros
Getting started with this software is very easy. It gives a clear view of daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly tasks which makes staying organized really convenient. It also helps with estimating the time needed for each task and lets you prioritize work based on importance, urgency and similar factors.
Cons
Every now and then, the software takes too long to load and I sometimes need to refresh it several times before it starts working properly.

“teams stay aligned”
Pros
Using this software is very easy and the visual board layout makes it simple to see tasks and track what each person needs to complete within a project.
Cons
One limitation was the file attachment size since some of the files our group needed to share were fairly large. We were able to work around it though.

“fantastic task organization”
Pros
Keeping projects and tasks organized in it makes it simple to assign work to team members and keep daily responsibilities organized which really helps the company stay on track.
Cons
At times the software feels sluggish when moving project or task cards between boards. The server also occasionally goes down for anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours which can be pretty frustrating.

“clean dashboard”
Pros
The dashboard has a really appealing look and feel and it keeps projects neatly arranged by deadline, priority, progress and more. I also appreciate not having to dig through a bunch of nested folders just to locate a project or its individual pieces.
Cons
There have been a few occasions when changes I submitted took a little while to show up for other team members. It usually doesn't cause problems unless we're making last-minute updates right before a deadline. Like with most tools of this kind, there are times when something times out and has to be uploaded again.

“reliable task tracking”
Pros
Moving a card from "in progress" to "complete" is genuinely satisfying and this software made it very simple to keep track of where each task stood. Our team used it as a shared to-do list and even for handling reimbursements and it fit both workflows really well. We were in it every day and it was consistently reliable. From a manager's perspective, it was especially useful for VIP customer reach outs because those tasks would land in my queue and I could clearly see what needed my attention that day. The visual layout also makes it feel like a strong option for broader project management.
Cons
The Slack integration was a little awkward to work with. Since our team relies heavily on Slack and tries to keep communication and tools centralized there, the request formatting took some getting used to and felt a bit unusual. File sharing also felt a little outdated especially when we needed to upload receipts.

Task management and organization have been a big help for our business. Our team relies on this software every day to keep projects moving and it lets everyone see what's going on at a glance.

“easy to figure out”
Pros
It is really accessible and simple to use and its functionality is very quick to understand. I use it every day to organize all my blog articles. The many well designed extensions make updating tasks and tracking them very enjoyable within the app. Its clean interface is perfectly suited for quick organization and creating to do lists, all in a visual board format. For my part I like to assign a color code to each task to find my way around more easily. Sharing and access for other collaborators can be set up in just a few minutes.
Cons
Features of the free version are becoming increasingly limited. The inability to add custom image labels, the lack of adaptability for larger teams and the reporting capabilities all remain weak points. Also the the tool is unfortunately not suited for managing complex projects. I would really like to see an update with more possibilities such as adding colors for labels or other aesthetic options.

“works across devices”
Pros
Using this software felt consistent whether I was on my desktop browser or the phone app which is something a lot of tools don't get right. Some products are much better on one platform than the other but this one gave me the same full functionality and easy experience at work, at home or on my phone when I didn't have a computer available. The boards and cards are incredibly practical. I've used them to keep track of my progress across several similar projects, where I could just move separate cards through a workflow and instantly see where each one stood. I've also relied on it for collaboration with several people on one very complex project. Boards can represent work focus areas or individual teams and cards can be assigned to one person or several people depending on who is responsible for completing the task. When it's organized well, it becomes very visual and makes it fast to spot what needs attention, turning a confusing, layered task list into something you can understand at a glance, including how far along each project is. The ability to add checklists and files to cards is also very useful. Team members can mark items complete and attach photo or document proof. There's also color coding which helps label items so they're immediately recognizable as relevant to what you need to find. We've only used the free version and the paid plan offers even more.
Cons
The integrations seemed really appealing but a lot of them are locked behind the paid version. It's hard to be too frustrated about that because while those extra features would have made the product even more useful, I also understand the company has to make money somehow. Overall, I'd say the upgraded features are probably worth paying for. It is fairly inexpensive but in my workplace I just couldn't justify putting in a requisition for it.

“provides task visibility”
Pros
Takes no effort to start working with and the interface is very easy. The cards come with plenty of customization options, including checklists which really help show how much of a task has already been completed.
