“our team's lifeline!”
Pros
Has become the hub for how our team manages projects especially as our SCRUM board. The biggest advantage is how collaborative it is and the fact that everyone can get to it from anywhere. With researchers spread across the field, home, the office and the lab, it keeps us connected and on the same page at all times. Honestly, our department would feel completely adrift without it. I also really appreciate the non-profit pricing because it keeps the platform affordable for our team.
Cons
There's not a lot to complain about. If anything, I'd like to see a few more advances in the collaboration side and the Slack integration still feels a bit outdated. Aside from that, it's a very solid product.

“Quick flow”
Pros
The visual layout was one of the things I enjoyed most. Organizing work in columns on each board made it much easier to map out a project before getting too deep into it and after I spent a little time learning the system, moving around became pretty fast. I actually prefer this tool's overall layout to Asana although I ended up switching because more people across the organization were already using Asana.
Cons
Tools like this really depend on being fast and accessible to move through and there's always some tradeoff between having lots of features and keeping the controls user friendly. It took me a bit of time to understand the shortcuts, where completed items were supposed to go and how everything connected together. I'd definitely suggest setting aside at least an hour to learn the basics when starting out because trying to figure it out as you go was harder than I expected. I also realized pretty quickly that I had configured a few things in ways that weren't ideal once I was further along.

“Good for collaboration”
Pros
Gives teams a really effective way to share tasks and projects in one place making it much easier to follow accountability and keep track of the progress of anything assigned to you or other team members.
Cons
It would be even better if the platform included a demo-style user guide to help new users understand the features and how everything works more quickly.

“very convenient”
Pros
Keeping up with new tasks is really convenient and it works well for staying on top of everything. Assigning items to teammates on the board is easy which makes collaboration much easier. It's also very useful for shifting tasks between statuses and maintaining a clear record of finished projects. On top of that, the range of integrations you can add to a board helps make the whole setup more efficient.
Cons
Even though it is meant to stay minimal, I do wish it offered more card formatting options. Features like color-coding cards or having simpler text formatting would make it a lot more useful.

“Perfect!”
Pros
After trying to find the right tool for working together across teams, this turned out to be exactly what we needed. We also use it as a CRM and it fits our workflow perfectly.
Cons
At this point, it already does what we need without changes and getting new team members up to speed with it is very easy.

“useful tools”
Pros
The strongest parts of this software are its Kanban style card view, the collaboration features and the way it lets you search tasks and track their activity.
Cons
A few important features are still missing, such as a Gantt chart, task dependency creation and the ability to assign a card to a specific resource.

“Satisfied user”
Pros
Kanban boards are my preferred way to handle agile project management and this tool has been my go to option for that. The interface looks really good and the apps are available across all platforms with reliable syncing between them. Its collaboration features are excellent too! You can invite people to projects, add comments and assign tasks without any hassle. Overall it feels like a complete package and the task management works really well.
Cons
One thing I'd still want is for it to improve the text box in the comments section and task descriptions. It doesn't offer a proper GUI-based formatting tool so formatting feels limited. Developers may already be comfortable with markup but having visual formatting options would still be a much better experience.

“multifunctional remote work ally”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is how versatile it is. It comes with several features that help manage a project effectively while keeping full control over every activity. It is also a real asset for anyone working remotely since it makes it possible to keep a constant eye on what virtual assistants are doing.
Cons
The only thing that feels a bit annoying with this tool is the large number of notifications that can quickly fill up the inbox. Still, deleting them regularly solves the issue.

“keeps work moving”
Pros
Managing projects with feels very easy. The live updates work really well, collaboration is excellent and it helps distribute workloads clearly among colleagues. Assigning tasks is simple, the interface is user friendly, the mobile app performs really well and the visual layout makes everything easy to review at a glance. The color coding for priorities is also a very helpful touch.
Cons
Does fall short in a few areas. Its software integrations are not very strong and it could really use more advanced customization options. It also is not the best fit for large projects, storage is limited, there are no Gantt charts, no edit history and the search feature feels outdated.

“big help to have this!”
Pros
Working in support, this software has been a big help for handling daily tasks and operations. Its board setup works really well and moving a task from one board to another is quick and convenient. You can also assign the person responsible, add other important details and keep track of the task's progress. Compared with regular to do lists, the boards make organizing and sorting tasks much more practical which is why this stands out as a preferred choice.
Cons
It's better suited for general project management since it doesn't allow you to define task dependencies.

“fitting for team planning”
Pros
Nothing has worked better for our group than this software. It's mobile friendly, the plans are easy and it honestly beats similar tools like Groups, Slack, FB Workplace and others. It also works well for scheduling. On the free version, attachments are limited to 10 MB and without Business Class, every teammate has admin access which means anyone can delete a board or someone else's content. I also wish it had private messaging since that would be a nice addition. Even with that, it's incredibly helpful for project management. Being able to set deadlines and quickly see which card or task needs to be prioritized and finished within the timeframe is a huge plus. Still I absolutely love it!
Cons
Honestly none!! I'm sticking with this for the long haul so please keep doing what you're doing.

“my go-to tool!”
Pros
After 4-5 years of using this software, I'm still genuinely impressed by how simple it is to work with. Setting up team structures, shared projects, priorities and timelines is very easy to create and manage. The whole drag and drop, pinboard style layout feels accessible, clean and natural to use. I collaborate with all kinds of creative business owners and have tested plenty of productivity tools and apps over the years and I can honestly say that this remains my first choice for project management.
Cons
There isn't anything I dislike about it. It's more that there are features I haven't needed to use yet. My next step would be adding a true integration for time tracking and resource cost management. That wasn't really necessary when I only had a small number of clients but now that my client base has expanded, having cost management as an add-on has become a priority for me in 2021.

“really stands out”
Pros
Keeping work visible across teams is where this really shines! It makes it simple to track what's happening so if you're on the support side and need to check whether developers are actively working on something, you can see it without chasing people down. That's just one example of how the software can really come through when different teams need to stay aligned.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve though so new users probably won't get the hang of it right away. It's also pretty common at first for people to archive cards by mistake here and there while they're still learning.

“accessible project tracking”
Pros
Getting started with it is simple and accessible. It makes it very easy to connect insights, track projects and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
Cons
When the team gets larger, handling information becomes less manageable. The roles also aren't very adaptable to internal procedures.

“Quick to grasp”
Pros
Does a really good job of being simple enough that anyone can pick it up fast, while still offering more advanced features when you need them.
Cons
The formatting could definitely be improved. I'd prefer having some kind of built-in editor instead of needing to remember markdown and the emoji picker is pretty underwhelming since it's hard to quickly find the one I want.

“productive task organization”
Pros
Right away the clean design and the way each feature is built makes this tool really enjoyable to use. It helps me keep all my tasks and projects organized and that has made me much more productive overall.
Cons
There's no option to export all tasks into an Excel style file for physical storage. Since everything stays in the cloud, I'd really like to have paper copies available as a backup.

“Everything in one place”
Pros
It really clicks for the way I think because it blends structure with creativity so well. I can be methodical and organized while still working visually and that combination is exactly what makes it useful for me. I use boards for everything, from high level planning all the way down to the smallest details. It gives me a quick snapshot of my projects whenever I need it but I can also keep files, images, notes and more attached for those times when I need to dig deeper. Having everything together in one place has been a huge plus.
Cons
I still wish it had the option to create sub-cards so I could have a card within another card or a smaller subset of a main card inside a list.

“good for small team coordination”
Pros
Keeping everyone aligned is where this works well. It helps project participants communicate, share files and post progress updates so even when we're in different locations, everyone still knows what needs to be done.
Cons
This is a solid tool but it's missing a few features that other platforms offer. Adding project cost tracking or a way to export to an Excel sheet would be really helpful. It works fine for smaller projects but once the work gets more complex, it starts to feel limited.

“affordable boards”
Pros
Is a free, practical way to stay organized. Having the option to build multiple boards and share each one with different people is something I really appreciate because every collaborator only sees the information that's relevant to them and nothing extra. All in all, it's a solid and budget-friendly choice for project management software.
Cons
Compared with other project management platforms like Basecamp, this feels a bit less accessible and somewhat more rigid in the way it works. I've also seen people try to turn it into a CRM and it really isn't built for that at all. If you attempt to manage leads in the tool, the setup will likely break down long before you get to 20 contacts. It works very well for projects but I don't always naturally think in the layered category structure it uses so sometimes organizing a project into its format can be tricky.
