“simple task tracking”
Pros
You can set up one column for active tasks and another for finished ones which makes progress really visible without needing to archive cards. The checklists, due dates, labels and ability to tag teammates on cards are all really valuable features. It also helps that the text formatting options inside cards are quite useful when adding details.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is support for standard formatting shortcuts when editing a card, like CMD or CTRL + B, I or U. It would also be helpful to have separator bars inside a column for better card organization, instead of having to create a new card and type "- - -" manually.

“small teams should definitely use!”
Pros
Has really strong collaboration and tracking features that make it much easier for team members to stay in touch and keep an eye on project progress. The platform feels very accessible to use and it's definitely among the simplest project management tools to get started with. For small teams wanting a well-rounded solution, it's absolutely worth trying!
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about for the way we use it with a small team. I can imagine a few limitations showing up as the team gets larger but for smaller groups, it does the job well.

“flexible boards for tasks”
Pros
Being able to create my own columns and arrange them in the order I want made a big difference. After that, setting up my tasks and submitting them feels like a piece of cake.
Cons
It would be helpful if there were reminders or notifications built in although I might just be overlooking that feature.

“So useful”
Pros
It is really easy to use and it works very well for helping a team map out strategy, assign tasks to the right people and monitor progress over time. The integrations are also a big plus especially with tools like Slack which I've found particularly useful.
Cons
This itself is excellent but I've noticed that not everyone is equally good at sticking with it. A common pattern is that boards and tasks get set up and then people gradually stop checking the board or following through on their assigned actions. The Slack integration has helped somewhat as a partial band-aid but it hasn't completely solved the problem. To me that may point to the kind of user experience people have when working in the tool. I've seen the same thing happen both in professional settings and volunteer work, where boards were created and then left untouched for months.

“perfect for list lovers”
Pros
As someone who makes lists for just about everything, this software has become my go-to place for keeping them all in one spot. It helps me stay organized and being able to share my lists with colleagues makes it even better. Absolutely love using it!
Cons
The only thing I'd change is having more color choices available for the labels.

“handy automation”
Pros
Right from the main dashboard or the board tab, our team can set up boards and label them based on the project we're handling. It also lets us personalize the workspace since the default blue background can be changed from the panel on the right to match our preferences. Another big plus is the ability to build automations through Butler which helps with command execution and repetitive tasks.
Cons
It feels more like a task management platform than a full project management solution. It offers little to no support for managing resources, timelines or teams so it's not the best fit for companies with more complex requirements. Although Butler automations are available, the Kanban style view still doesn't adapt well to every kind of project.

“My choice!”
Pros
Is an excellent choice for anyone working in project management. Whether a project is large or small, it does a really good job supporting collaboration. It's especially useful when you need to share files with teammates and the messaging feature makes it convenient to stay in touch with co workers. Another nice bonus is that it sends helpful emails with resources and tips on how to get the most out of the software.
Cons
There are moments when it can be a little tricky to learn at first but once you understand how it works, it becomes much easier to use without any real issues.

“clean interface”
Pros
After working with tools like Basecamp, Pivotal Tracker, Excel and several other project management platforms, this solution feels like the one with the cleanest interface while still offering plenty of integrations that extend what it can do.
Cons
At this point, the interface is beginning to feel a little dated next to some competitors. On top of that, the limit on power-ups could be raised since the product is fairly basic right out of the box.

“Highly recommend”
Pros
Nearly four years in, this software has become a core part of how our team handles content planning and strategy. It's easy on the surface but offers a lot once you start using it fully. The Power Ups and integrations open up plenty of possibilities and Custom Fields have been especially useful for us. I also really value being able to email directly to cards so all communication tied to a task stays in one place. The checklists are very helpful and the Kanban board setup quickly becomes second nature. I'd absolutely recommend it!!
Cons
Gantt charts and mind maps can be added but they aren't built into the software itself. Because of that, there's a bit of a learning curve at the start if you want to connect it with other project management tools. That was the part I liked least in the beginning although it's also something I appreciate now. Once you understand how it works, it can be connected with pretty much every tool I use (and really, all of them).

“accessible boards”
Pros
Everything works with simple drag and drop which makes it especially appealing if spreadsheets are not your thing and you prefer something more visual. It also reduces a lot of back and forth emails since team communication can happen directly inside the platform. Discussions stay neatly organized within each card which makes it much easier to keep track of everything. The deadline and checklist tools are especially useful because they help keep everyone accountable.
Cons
Pricing is definitely on the expensive side for teams. That said, I really haven't run into any actual functional issues with it. My only real complaint is that I wish there were pricing plans that made more sense for a small but growing business.

“easy and simple”
Pros
Keeps things simple and lets me create boards, lists and tasks very quickly. It works really well for team collaboration too especially when sharing boards and different views with others.
Cons
It does have some limitations in terms of visual customization and finding completed tasks could be more easy.

“I like the mobile app”
Pros
You can choose from templates shared by other teams, use the tool's own templates or build everything from the ground up. No matter which route you take, it adapts well to the way your team already works which is really nice. The mobile app is also very good.
Cons
My frustrations had less to do with the software itself and more to do with the people using it alongside me since everyone had their own preferred way of organizing things. We spent a lot of time debating the "best" way to manage the board. It would be helpful if board owners had an option to enforce certain rules or workflows.

“keeps us organized”
Pros
At my company, we use this tool for task tracking and daily to do lists. Everyone has their own work boards and we also share collaborative boards for team projects. It's really easy to use and the layout makes it easy to stay on top of everything.
Cons
It is very easy to understand and gives you plenty of flexibility to customize it to the way you work. Honestly I don't have any complaints about it.

“Helps stay on track”
Pros
Keeping everyone connected and on track has been much easier with this software especially when our team can't meet face to face. The shared accountability features, along with accessible data sharing and management, make it a real advantage for remote work.
Cons
A few features aren't very accessible so our less tech-savvy team members need more targeted training to use them confidently.

“good for staying informed”
Pros
I'm usually the last person to hear updates so this has been really helpful for keeping me informed. I can log in anytime and check the board for whatever project I'm working on or even just the ones where I'm included to stay updated and instantly see what's happening.
Cons
Watching someone who uses this tool professionally can feel a bit overwhelming at first if nobody explains what they're doing. Still with a patient walkthrough and some hands on use, it starts to make sense pretty quickly. The hardest part and it's not really the software's fault, is getting multiple users to apply the same standards when deciding to move something from one category to another.

“planning powerhouse”
Pros
From the first use, this tool felt incredibly natural and accessible. Anything we expected to be simple stayed simple, while the more powerful features were still only a click or two away. It's free to try and very little functionality is locked behind paid plans. The upgrades mostly exist to help larger teams get more out of it. Sign up, use the tool to organize something as simple as a weekend plan and by Monday you'll probably have everyone around you convinced they need it too.
Cons
Really didn't leave many missed opportunities. If anything, I'm convinced it can replace far more than just whatever kanban tool you're currently using.

“helpful boards”
Pros
Works well as a user friendly tool for handling different organizational workflows and methods. Its card and board setup gives a clear view of how work is progressing and it's useful being able to assign separate boards to each project. The cards make it convenient to store details for every task, while boards and lists help keep tasks and related information organized so everything can be tracked whenever needed.
Cons
Issue is that creating sub-tasks with due dates or deadlines is not very easy. Managing multiple cards can also be limiting since copy-and-paste functions are not really available there. On top of that, it relies on integrations with different third-party tools and it doesn't include a reporting feature. It would also be better if the platform offered more attractive and engaging features.

“easy daily use”
Pros
Getting started with feels very natural and using it day to day is just as easy thanks to the simple drag and drop setup and the real time visibility into what collaborators are doing. It's also enjoyable to work in with plenty of customization options like colors, labels, images, backgrounds and stickers. On top of that it includes some more advanced tools such as rule based triggers, custom card and board buttons, calendar commands and due date commands. It also connects with a huge range of other products.
Cons
The free version is limited to 10 users which can be restrictive. It also doesn't include sprint functionality and free users can only upload files up to 10MB.
