“flexible boards and handy cards”
Pros
The board setup works really well and moving tasks from one list to another feels very easy. It's also useful that each card can include checklists, file attachments and even display hex code colors beside the code which helps a lot when tracking branding colors and similar details.
Cons
Without upgrading, the customization options are fairly limited. It's not a dealbreaker but it does make the software feel more suited to organizing information than managing tasks in a fuller way.

“user friendly”
Pros
Really covers the usability gap that a lot of other tools leave behind. If your audience is only software engineers, there may be stronger options out there. But when you need a project and task management platform that practically anyone comfortable with a computer can pick up and use, this is a solid choice. At the same time, it still includes plenty of developer focused tools and integrations so IT teams do not have to give up much.
Cons
The paid plans felt a little expensive for our budget. I also think it is missing a layout option that would let users completely switch the view to something more time-based for managing tasks and projects.

“Quick to get used to”
Pros
Getting started with this product felt very natural and there was hardly anything I couldn't figure out on my own.

My only real complaint is wanting access to multiple add-ons without having to move up to a premium plan.

“mobile app I rely on”
Pros
Using the mobile app has been a really positive experience. It feels very smooth and easy to use.
Cons
It gets difficult whenever the tool crashes from time to time. When the servers go down, my work can completely stall since I keep so much in the software. An offline mode that syncs later would probably help a lot.

“my thoughts”
Pros
Managing several projects at once is much simpler with the kanban view across everything I'm working on. The interface feels accessible and fluid and the wide range of power-ups makes customization really convenient.
Cons
The interface and feature set are fairly simple which gives you just enough functionality to start wishing for more. It's also disappointing that your boards and data aren't available offline. If there's no internet, there's no access to it.

“User review”
Pros
This felt a lot like WordPress with plugins in the best possible way: you can add the features you want instead of being stuck with a fixed setup. Its cards can be used for much more than simple task tracking too! You can organize employees and even map out a company's direction if you use them thoughtfully. I stopped using my paper agenda once I started with with this tool because I trust it completely.
Cons
A downside is that a few features would be better if they were included for free but aside from that, the pricing still feels fair enough.

“helpful reminders and visibility”
Pros
Email reminders are a really helpful touch. It's also nice being able to quickly see what's due and what isn't at a glance. Overall, it does a great job of keeping everything organized.
Cons
Something that gets frustrating is not being able to view enough columns on a single page. Once there are more than 10 columns some of them get hidden and I've realized I sometimes need to add more than that. The delete button should also be easier to locate.

“task boards that keep me on track”
Pros
Has turned out to be a really valuable tool for keeping up with pending work. It lets you create multiple lists and within each one you can add task titles along with detailed descriptions. On top of that, you can include checklist items which is especially helpful when you're organizing small projects step by step. The available templates are another big plus because they make getting started much faster.
Cons
At this point, I honestly have not come across any reason to stop using this tool for simplifying daily work and staying on top of tasks as they get completed throughout the day. Being able to share boards with the team is also very helpful since it makes it much easier to follow along with what everyone has already finished.

“excellent organizer”
Pros
When you're working with agile development and managing projects through Kanban, the software is a easy option for keeping the team organized and making sure deadlines are met.
Cons
Something that bothers me is having to rely on integrations for things like tracking time on tasks. It would be better if that functionality were built directly into the platform.

“versatile boards for everything”
Pros
The software has been excellent for planning and handling just about any kind of task. It works in so many situations, whether it's organizing personal to dos, managing a team or running a full project. The whole system is based on boards, lists and cards which makes it simple to break one big project or task into smaller steps. That helps a lot with tracking progress, setting priorities and assigning responsibility to the right person. It can be used for planning a vacation organizing a party, managing household chores, saving ideas or coordinating larger projects. You can either build a board from scratch or start with one of the ready-made templates from the template library.
Cons
Now that the software finally works offline, I don't see any major downsides. The only thing that bothers me a little is the design since all the markers can make the interface feel somewhat crowded.

“I like the team templates”
Pros
Having a clear visual overview makes the software really pleasant to work with and the checklists plus reusable team templates are especially useful. Even before the official template feature existed, we were already recreating the same setup by tagging boards ourselves. That mix of simplicity and flexibility is what makes it work so well for all kinds of tasks.
Cons
The free plan has become more and more limited over time. The hardest hit was when teams suddenly dropped from unlimited to just 10. We're a small company in a third world country and we spend a lot of time working with and training apprentices so paying per person is just too expensive for us. I also have quite a few archived boards I can't get back into anymore because of the team size limit. I'll probably have to reorganize everything at some point but right now it's mostly just frustrating.

“quick to make cards”
Pros
I really enjoy how quickly I can turn a random thought into a card and get it out of my head to review later. If the idea looks promising and we want to test it, I can just drag it into the next column. I only discovered yesterday that triggers can automate actions like adding tags or inserting checklists and that's such a nice bonus.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of anything negative or even less positive to mention.

“Pros and Cons”
Pros
Keeping up with tasks is very easy with the software and it makes it simple to see what's currently being worked on. It's also very accessible and available across all the major platforms which makes it convenient to use anywhere. On top of that, it's helpful for keeping an eye on daily progress.
Cons
Using it every single day can feel a little tiring at times. The drag and drop function is a bit too sensitive which can be frustrating during regular use. Also email notifications should arrive faster when cards are moved from one place to another.

“Amazing board and card tracking”
Pros
Board and card management are the biggest strengths for me. Setting priorities is very easy and the live tracking feature is one of the best parts of using it.
Cons
I haven't come across many downsides. The only possible issue might be syncing on a slow internet connection though I'm not completely certain about that.

“Great workflow control”
Pros
Managing my team's workflow and projects with the software has been a really positive experience. It helps me organize tasks by priority, keep track of what needs to be done and assign time to each activity. Honestly it's one of the best tools I've used and I wouldn't want to switch to anything less effective.
Cons
The part I'm least happy with is the pricing. Paying $12 per month feels expensive and that cost won't be affordable for everyone.

“So adaptable”
Pros
Planning workflows for collaborative projects and tasks is very easy with this software especially since my team already works within the scrum framework. The task templates are also highly customizable so I can adapt them to match exactly what my project needs.
Cons
I can access the software from my phone but the layout feels too cluttered and messy compared with using it in a web browser.

“responsive UI, limited scrum tools”
Pros
It really gets the interface performance right. Even when a board has thousands of cards, the UI still feels responsive and doesn't slow down.
Cons
Where it falls short is the lack of built in SCRUM features like burndown calculations and assigning effort to tasks. We ended up relying on the Screenful plugin but its 100 card limit made it a dealbreaker for our organization.
